摘要： A radio network node receives a page request from a core network node. The page request indicates to page a wireless communication device. The radio network node determines a next occurrence of a monitoring window during which the wireless communication device will monitor a paging channel associated with the radio network node. If the amount of time until the next occurrence of the monitoring window exceeds an amount of time that the radio network node can store the page request, the radio network node discards the page request and sends a response to the core network node indicating that the page request was discarded; the response includes a paging timer value that indicates when the core network node should repeat the page request.

摘要： According to an aspect, a network node operating in a first RAN according to a first RAT receives a handover request for a user equipment from a cell in a second RAN operating according to a second RAT. After handover of the user equipment to a cell in the first RAN is completed, the network node configures the user equipment to measure frequencies corresponding to the second RAN. Based on measurements reported by the user equipment for the frequencies, the network node identifies detected cells exceeding a measurement threshold, and sends a handover report towards the second RAN. The handover report includes, for at least one detected cell exceeding the measurement threshold, a physical cell identifier and a frequency identifier for the detected cell. The network node obtains configuration information for the detected cell, from another node, and uses the obtained configuration information for subsequent mobility procedures.

The UE (100) is attached via a first RAN (120, 130) to a CS control node (110) for execution of a CS service. The method comprises that the CS control node (110) receives an indication that the execution of the CS service shall be terminated. The CS control node (110) then determines whether the UE (100) shall perform re-selection of the RAN (120, 130, 140). If so,the CS control node (110) determines selection criteria for the re-selection of the RAN (120, 130, 140) and sendsthem to the UE (100) using Non-Access Stratum related signaling. 摘要： An E-UTRAN neighbor cell list is broadcast in a GERAN network using the extended EARFCN value ranges (i.e., 18 bits). Extending the EARFCN value ranges in GERAN and signaling EARFCN values within the extended EARFCN value range to inter-RAT-capable UEs that camp in GERAN allow GERAN to support continued inter-RAT mobility between GERAN and E-UTRAN networks. E-UTRAN neighbor cell information may be communicated to UEs in the GERAN network by System Information message broadcasts using the extended EARFCN value ranges.
