摘要： The invention provides a disc changer including a plurality of trays which can be moved respectively in a horizontal direction, a tray driving gear unit capable of shuttling the trays between a standby position and a disc exchange position, a gear driving mechanism for driving the tray driving gear unit, a tray triggering unit capable of locking/unlocking the trays in the standby position, pushing all trays to engage with the tray driving gear unit after unlocking the trays, and driving the trays toward the disc exchange position, wherein all trays in the standby position can be unlocked and pushed to engage with the tray driving gear unit, and ejected outward from a mechanical chassis by a predetermined tray stroke, thereafter the trays are driven back to the standby position one by one, and when the last tray reaches the standby position all trays are locked.

摘要： It is to provide a toner which can form an image of high image quality exhibiting high resolution wherein a final visible image exhibits high image density and high thin-line reproducibility even in long-term use. In a toner incorporating at least a colored particle containing a binder resin composed of a polyester resin and a colorant, and external additive particles, the toner has a degree of average circularity of 0.950-0.990, a volume based median diameter of 4.5-8.0 μm, a volume based particle diameter dispersibility (CVVOL value) of 15-25; a metal selected from titanium, germanium, and aluminum is incorporated at a ratio of 10-1500 ppm; the above external additive particles is composed of a composite oxide incorporating a silicon atom and at least either of a titanium atom and an aluminum atom; and the existence ratio of silicon atoms in the surface thereof is higher than the existence ratio of silicon atoms in the entire part thereof.

The liquid crystal display includes: a liquid crystal layer; a first substrate and a second substrate arranged to face each other with the liquid crystal layer in between; a plurality of pixel electrodes provided on a liquid crystal layer side of the first substrate; and an opposite electrode provided on the second substrate to face the plurality of pixel electrodes. One or both of a face on the liquid crystal layer side of the pixel electrode, and a face on the liquid crystal layer side of the opposite electrode includes a concavo-convex structure.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a liquid crystal display element capable of easily improving response characteristics without using a large apparatus is provided. After alignment films 22 and 32 made of a polymer compound including a crosslinkable functional group as a side chain and a bulky skeleton such as an adamantane skeleton are formed in a TFT substrate 20 and a CF substrate 30, the alignment films 22 and 32 are arranged to face each other, and a liquid crystal layer 40 including liquid crystal molecules 41 is sealed between the alignment films 22 and 32, and then, in a state where the liquid crystal molecules 41 are aligned to allow long-axis directions thereof to be oblique with respect to a substrate surface, the polymer compound in the alignment films 22 and 32 is reacted to form a polymer compound including a cross-linked structure, and predetermined pretilts are provided to liquid crystal molecules 41A and 41B placed in proximity to the alignment films 22 and 32, respectively.
