摘要： A fuel injection pump includes a reciprocating plunger and a control sleeve slidably fitted over the plunger, the prestroke of which is varied by vertical movement of the control sleeve. The control sleeve is provided at its upper end with a fuel discharge groove, through which the fuel contained in a fuel-pressurizing chamber is discharged after the end of injection. The control sleeve also has to pressure escape passage. A variation in the effective stroke allows the pressure of fuel contained in the fuel-pressurizing chamber to be selectively regulated by the pressure escape passage, thereby controlling the pressure of fuel to be injected.

The pressure chamber (42) is communicated to an atmospheric pressure or a boost pressure while the control chamber (46) is selectively communicated to a source of vacuum supply through a first check valve (62) and to the atmosphere through a second check valve (58). The first and second check valves open when the pressure inside the control chamber is higher and lower than a reference level, respectively, thereby maintaining the pressure within the control chamber (46) substantially at the reference level to promote an accurate control of the control sleeve (14).

摘要： A color television signal processing apparatus is provided for reproducing a chrominance signal from a color television signal transmitted or recorded in such a manner that the chrominance signal is compressed in time scale and that the compressed chrominance signal is superposed on the horizontal blanking period signal of the color television signal in a time division manner. This apparatus includes a circuit for generating a clock pulse used for expanding the time scale of the compressed chrominance signal comprising a signal generator driven by a sample pulse derived from a reference signal in a color television signal and producing low and high frequency signals, a reset pulse generating circuit which compares a reference reset pulse derived from the reference signal with a comparison reset pulse generated from selfoscillating circuit, and a clock pulse generator driven by the output signals of the signal generator and the reset pulse generator. In this way, a correct clock pulse which may be used for expanding the compressed chrominance signal is obtained even when the reference signal in the color television signal temporarily disappears.
