At least one primary fuel nozzle is provided to provide fuel to a primary combustion zone disposed proximate to the upstream end of the combustor liner. A secondary nozzle assembly is disposed proximate to the downstream end of the combustor to provide fuel to a secondary combustion zone at locations predetermined to reduce peak thermal loads on the surface area of the transition duct.

摘要： Systems, methods, and devices are provided for maintaining a target white point on a light emitting diode (LED) based backlight. In one embodiment, the backlight may include two or more groups of LEDs, each driven at a respective driving strength. Each group may include LEDs of a different chromaticity, and the respective driving strengths may be adjusted, for example, by varying the duty cycles, to maintain the target white point. To ensure that the white point may be maintained over an operational temperature range of the backlight, the LEDs may be selected so that the chromaticities of each group of LEDs are separated by at least a minimum chromaticity difference. Further, the LEDs may be selected so that at the equilibrium temperature of the backlight, the LEDs may produce the target white point when driven at substantially equal driving strengths.

摘要： Methods and circuits related to power regulator start-up are disclosed. In one embodiment, a start-up circuit can include: (i) a delay circuit having a resistor and a capacitor, where the capacitor is coupled between ground and a common node; and (ii) a control chip that receives a reference voltage, and includes an input pin coupled to an input source, an output pin supplying power for a device, and a multiplexed pin coupled to the resistor at the common node to receive an enable signal. The start-up circuit outputs an electrical signal at the output pin based on a comparison of a voltage at the multiplexed pin against the reference voltage, and after a delay time determined by the capacitor and the reference voltage. The voltage at the multiplexed pin can increase continuously with a rising slope determined by input current flowing through the multiplexed pin during a start-up process.

摘要： A computer based method for estimating surface velocity based on a time series of at least two images of a same portion of the ocean surface by solving a heat equation having unknown parameters of heat source s and surface velocity components u and v. The images can be infrared or thermal images from the AVHRR or other images. Assign a pattern of sub-arrays with number of pixels in each sub-array sufficient to overdetermine the heat equation without the need to apply divergence and vorticity constraints. Define the heat equation for each interior pixel using bilinear interpolation at each interior based on solutions at the corner pixels. Use linear regression to solve for the unknown parameters u, v, and s for each corner pixel by minimizing total error of the heat equation in finite difference form at all pixels, and find the parameters at each remaining point with bilinear interpolation.
