    • An optical system is provided with a laser device for emitting a multiplet laser beam with two types of frequencies F1, F2, and a sample rotator on which a reference sample and a test sample containing substances are set for rotating both the test sample and the reference sample to separate the substances contained in the test sample. The test sample and the reference sample are irradiated with the multiplet laser beam one after another to shift the phase of the laser beam. The optical system is further provided with a polarizer for polarizing the multiplet laser beams transmitting through the test sample and the reference sample to produce both a test sample signal with a frequency .DELTA.F=F1-F2 and a reference sample signal with the frequency .DELTA.F, and a signal analyzer for analyzing a phase difference between the sample signals to determine an index of refraction of the test sample. Therefore, the substances containing in the test sample are specified.

    • A conventional invention has a structure of a washing chamber in which the work is set on a table and the entire surface of the work is consistently washed and dried by rotations in an orbital motion and a planetary motion of the washing and drying nozzles which are respectively provided in all four directions—top, bottom, right and left. The conventional invention effectively washes a greater area of the work or the like, but due to limitations of the structure, it can wash only small-sized works or small components. Also, it does not always sufficiently wash and dry large-sized works, and consequently overhaul such works.To resolve the problems, besides the above structures, the present invention provides an additional structure of a rotary frame to generate rotations in an orbital motion and planetary motion so that the works can be efficiently and entirely washed and dried, and the overhaul of the works can consequently be completed.

Accordingly, the work is simplified and made at high speed and is facilitated by performing the washing, the processing and the movement in the horizontal movement. A dividing type using the reservoir lower-upper portion is used, and ultrasonic washing is performed by supplying a fluid to the reservoir and the function of the ultrasonic device is enlarged.
