    • An apparatus for recording/reproducing data using holography technology and a method of reproducing data using the same are disclosed. The recording/reproducing apparatus includes an optical path adjuster which adjusts the path of light emitted from a light source and irradiates the light to a predetermined position of a recording medium, a light reflecting unit which reflects the light transmitting through the recording medium to the predetermined position of the recording medium, an image sensor which receives the reflected light and reproduces data included in the reflected light, and a light receiving unit receiving light, which is not transmitted through the recording medium and is diffracted from the recording medium, and generating a monitoring signal. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a simple optical system suitable for the recording/reproducing apparatus using the holography technology and an efficient method of reproducing data using the same.

    • A surface discharge type air cleaning device comprises an insulating dielectric body formed in the shape of a sheet, a discharge electrode having a pattern part of a predetermined area formed on the upper surface of the insulating dielectric body and at least one non-pattern part disposed in the pattern part and a ground electrode formed at the lower surface of the insulating dielectric body. The discharge electrode and the ground electrode have a plurality of pointed ends protruded therefrom, respectively. The pointed ends of the discharge electrode and the pointed ends of the ground electrode are disposed at the upper and lower surfaces of the insulating dielectric body, respectively, such that the pointed ends of the discharge electrode and the pointed ends of the ground electrode correspond to each other. Generation of negative ions and hydroxyl radicals is increased while generation of ozone is decreased, and therefore, air cleaning efficiency is improved.

    • Disclosed is a magnetic circuit operable in multiple axes in an optical pick-up actuator. The optical pick-up actuator includes: a lens holder for receiving and moving an object lens in a predetermined direction; a magnetic circuit having; a plurality of coils series and parallel connected and attached to both sides of the lens holder; a yoke and a magnet faced with the coils, for generating and inducing different polarities in perpendicular directions. With such construction, the actuator moves the lens holder to tracking, focusing, tilting directions under control of a direction and intensity of a current by the magnetic circuit.
