    • Disclosed is a hinge assembly capable of adjusting a tilting angle of a display in a display appliance. The hinge assembly includes a movable plate fixed to a rear side of the display and having a through-hole, a stationary plate coupled to a stand for the display appliance and having a through-hole, a hinge shaft passing through the through-holes of the movable and stationary plates and having a head portion, a coupling member fixed to one end of the hinge shaft, a first washer disposed between the head portion of the hinge shaft and the movable plate, first and secondary washers disposed at both sides of the through-hole of the movable plate, and third and fourth stationary washers disposed at both sides of the through-hole of the stationary plate. At least one of the first, second, third and fourth stationary washes is an elastic washer for applying compressive elasticity to the hinge shaft in an axial direction.

    • A data driver to display an image with desired brightness, and an organic light emitting display device using the same.     • A crash recovery system and method for distributed file server using object based storage are provided. The system includes: a client for accessing a file system using an object-based storage device (OSDFS), transmitting a command to an object-based storage device (OSD) and accessing a metadata server (MDS); a network for providing an interface and transferring data between the client, the metadata server and the object-based storage device; an object-based storage device for analyzing the command from the client and performing corresponding operations of the command; and a metadata server for storing and managing metadata controlling a direct access to a predetermined file from the client to the object based storage device in order to provide the metadata to the client, and checking and recovering a consistency of the stored and managed metadata when the OSDFS is malfunctioned.

    • A voltage controlled oscillator and a phase locked loop circuit having the same reduce power consumption by using charges leaked into a ground voltage terminal for an output driving operation with characteristics of both output terminals having different phases in a unit delay cell. The voltage controlled oscillator includes a plurality of unit delay cells connected serially. Each unit delay cell comprises a differential amplification unit and an output driving unit. The differential amplification unit compares a plurality of input voltages having different phases and amplifies the comparison result. The output driving unit, which is connected to both output terminals of the differential amplification units, drives an output voltage of another output terminal with a potential of one of both output terminals.
