    • A biaxial rotary display module is disclosed, which includes a first casing, a rail disposed on the first casing, a rotary piece arranged in the rail, a second casing having s display panel, and two hinges. The rotary piece has a pivoting portion pivoted to the first casing, and the rotary piece is rotated in the rail. The hinges are disposed on opposite sides of the pivoting portion for connecting the second casing and the rotary piece, thereby causing the second casing able to be pivoted relative to the first casing via the two hinges and swiveled relative to the first casing via the rotary piece.

    • A thin film transistor structure includes a substrate, a gate layer, a gate insulator layer, a first semiconductor island, a second semiconductor island and a source and drain layer. The gate layer is disposed on the substrate, and includes a first gate electrode and a second electrode electrically connected to the first gate electrode. The gate insulator layer is disposed on the substrate and covers the first and second gate electrodes. The first semiconductor island is disposed on the gate insulator layer and corresponding to the first gate electrode. The second semiconductor island is disposed on the gate insulator layer and corresponding to the second electrode.     • A durable on-column tunneled frit was developed for use in nanoflow UPLC systems. The frit was tunneled during sol-gel reaction. The tunneled-frit fabrication process is easy and reproducible in terms of back pressure and durability. This design creates low backpressure with high liquid flow, which is suitable for the nanoflowUPLC application. A short packing (2 cm C18 particle) tunneled-frit column was demonstrated to sustain 10,000 psi continuous liquid flow for over one week without any particle leakage or pressure instability. The tunneled-frit was also successfully applied to the fabrication of nanoUPLC trapping and analytical column system. It was demonstrated to have high separation efficiency and sensitivity for the analysis of tryptic peptides as well as improved detection sensitivity for phosphopeptide analysis.
