摘要： A two-level latch mechanism for an operation mechanism of a circuit breaker is provided. The operation mechanism includes: a tripping component, a left side plate, a right side plate, a latch, a half shaft, a lever, and a main shaft. The tripping component, the latch and the lever are mounted between the left side plate and the right side plate. The half shaft and the main shaft penetrate through the left side plate and the right side plate, and extend out of the left side plate and the right side plate. The tripping component, the latch, the half shaft, the lever, and the main shaft move in linkage. The tripping component includes a tripping buckle and a latch surface is disposed on a second end of the tripping buckle. The tripping component, the latch component and the half shaft component form a two-level latch.

摘要： A mounting structure for an energy storage assembly of a circuit breaker comprises an energy storage lever and an energy storage spring, wherein one end of the energy storage lever is an energy storage end which is connected with the energy storage spring, and the other end of the energy storage lever is a driving end. An external force can be applied to the driving end, such that the energy storage lever rotates around a lever fulcrum in the middle of the energy storage lever, thereby extruding the energy storage spring at the energy storage end to finish energy storage. One end of the energy storage spring is connected and mounted with the energy storage lever, and the other end of the energy storage spring is mounted in a base support. An energy storage mounting shaft which can be considered as a rotating fulcrum is also arranged in the middle of the energy storage lever. The driving end is stressed, such that the energy storage lever rotates around the energy storage mounting shaft. The mounting structure for the energy storage assembly of the circuit breaker, which is provided by the present invention, is simple in mounting process, stable in connection structure and high in assembly accuracy.

摘要： A fault state indication device for a circuit breaker, comprising a contact group, a transmission assembly and an indication assembly which are mounted inside a housing. The contact group implements a normally open contact group and a normally closed contact group. The transmission assembly acts on a contact support (107), different open and closed states of the contact group are realized via the contact support. The indication assembly indicates a fault state, the indication assembly is linked with the circuit breaker, and carries out a corresponding state indication in response to a fault. The fault state indication device for a circuit breaker has a simple and reliable structure, a manufacturing process which is easier to implement. The fault state indication device can not only indicate the state and type of a load line failure, but also judge an operation state of the circuit breaker via the contact group.

The self-test enablement assembly is connected to the rechargeable battery and includes an enablement button, a capacitor and a first power chip connected in series. The induced power supply assembly includes a buck chip. The boost power supply includes a second power chip and a boost chip connected in series. The MCU includes a plurality of pins that are connected to the first and second power chips, the buck chip, and the boost chip. The self-test module has two working modes; the electronic circuit breaker may be provided with or without a load current. The MCU operates the self-test procedure, indicates the self-test status, and maintains the indication for a period of time.

摘要： A contact module for a circuit breaker is disclosed, comprising: a base, a cover, an operation mechanism, at least three kinds of asymmetrical single-pole switches and a release mechanism. The cover is mounted on the base to form a space, where the mechanisms and the switches are disposed. The operation mechanism is connected to one switch; the release mechanism to the at least three switches. Each switch comprises a strong side and a weak side. For each switch, there is a thick contact housing on the strong side connected to a thick shaft, and a thin one on the weak side connected to a thin shaft. A rotor component has a single contact spring mounted on the weak side. Rotation shafts are connected by a linkage shaft to connect the single-pole switches; a strong side of one switch is connected to a weak side of another switch.
