摘要： The present invention provides a backlight module, which includes a backboard, a backlight source arranged inside the backboard, a diffusion board mounted on the backboard, and a reflection member arranged inside the backboard. The backlight source emits light that directly enters or is reflected by the reflection member to get incident to the diffusion board. The reflection member includes a bracket and a reflection unit mounted on the bracket. The bracket is made of paper material and has a concave curved surface. The reflection unit is mounted on the concave curved surface. The backlight module is configured to arrange the reflection unit on the paper-made bracket to form the reflection member that can replace the existing reflection plate. Since the paper material has a low cost and is easy to shape, the manufacture cost of the reflection member and thus the whole backlight module are reduced.

A backplane, comprising a plurality of ribs which intersect vertically and horizontally to form a plurality of meshes. In the present invention, because ribs are adopted as basic members of the backplane and the comprehensively intersected ribs form the meshes, all components and parts of the backplane module required to be fixed to the backplane can be fixed to the meshes. The ribs are standard and universal; the meshes formed by the ribs are arranged on the whole backplane and can absolutely satisfy the fixation needs of the components and the parts of different positions and different installation dimensions; therefore, for backplanes of different dimensions, as long as the ribs of different lengths are selected, a standard and universal backplane, a backlight module and an LCD device can be formed.

The backlight module comprises a backplane, a PCB and locking piece(s) for fixing the PCB on the backplane; the backplane comprises a frame formed by multiple brackets, and bridges arranged on the brackets; each bracket or bridge is provided with a chute, and the locking piece is arranged in the chute by a fixed structure at the bottom of the locking piece. Because the backplane comprises a frame formed by multiple brackets, the frame is provided with bridges for arranging PCB and the like, and both the brackets and bridges are formed by combining universal shaped parts, the present invention has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, and material saving; meanwhile, because each bridge is provided with a chute for arranging the hillock, the hillock is fixed in the random position of the chute. Thus, the hillock is arranged in the corresponding position of the chute in accordance with the PCB size, so that the backplane can be adapted for PCBs of different size, or backlight modules or LCD devices with components of different number.

The circuit board includes a second exposed copper zone that includes a hole to serve as a circuit connection contact. Each of the connection wires has two ends to each of which a copper ring is connected. The two copper rings of each of the connection wires are respectively connected to the first exposed copper zones or the second exposed copper zones corresponding thereto by coupling pieces so as to establish electrical connection. A connection method of the direct light bar is also provided.

摘要： The present invention discloses a backplane and a backlight module. The backplane comprises a frame formed by a plurality of brackets, and bridges which are arranged on the brackets and used for fixing PCBs; the bridges can rotate relative to the fixed points of the bridges to the brackets; the bridges are provided with chutes or through holes used for installing hillocks. In the present invention, because the backplane is formed into a frame structure through a plurality of brackets, the manufacturing cost is lower and a large number of materials are saved. Simultaneously, the bridges can rotate relative to the fixed points of the bridges to the brackets, so that the positions of hillocks on the bridges can be adjusted to satisfy the needs of the PCBs of different dimensions and enhance the universality of the backplane. Further, the bridges are provided with chutes used for installing hillocks which can be installed in corresponding positions in the chutes as required; and then, the hillocks can obtain horizontal and vertical adjustment; therefore, the setting points of the hillocks are increased; the hillocks can adapt to PCBs of more dimensions and have preferable universality.
