摘要： A Cu-based wear-resistant alloy of a sliding material consists essentially of, by weight, 10-35% Zn, 2-20% Pb, 1-10% Ni, 0.1-1% B and, as required, 0.5-10% of Sn. The alloy can be used under severe conditions of use at elevated speed and temperature with reduced risk of seizure and corrosion. The alloy can be produced by mixing Pb powder and Ni--B alloy powder with Cu--Zn powder or Cu--Zn--Sn alloy powder, or mixing Ni--B alloy powder with Cu--Zn--Pb alloy powder or Cu--Zn--Sn--Pb alloy powder. The alloy can be compacted and sintered to form a sliding member or a composite sliding member is obtained by sintering and integrating the alloy on a steel backing plate optionally having a surface plated with copper.

An empty communication hole such as groove or through hole may also be formed at a bonding surface between the metal circuit plate and the ceramic base board.

摘要： There is disclose a method of an apparatus for surface-treatment of half sliding bearings having a multi-layer construction including a steel backing, a bearing alloy layer of copper alloy or aluminum alloy, an intermediate plating layer and a surface layer. A plurality of half sliding bearings are attached to a support member in such a manner that the half sliding bearings are arranged end-to-end into a semi-cylindrical configuration. The support member is transferred to be sequentially inserted into a plurality of openable and closable plating cases mounted respectively within pretreatment tanks and plating tanks, thereby sequentially forming the intermediate plating layer and the surface layer on the half sliding bearings.

摘要： A coated metallic sheet adapted for use in making a can for foodstuff or other container. This sheet can be made by coating, upon a material sheet, a composition of a resol-type thermosetting phenolformaldehyde resin and a bisphenol "A" type epoxy resin. In said phenol-formaldehyde resin, the ratio by weight of orthocresol to phenol is between 60:40 and 10:90. Said epoxy resin has a mean molecular weight of 800 or more and is used in an amount of 0.2 to 1.5 part by weight per 1 part by weight of said phenol-formaldehyde resin in said composition. This composition used for the sheet displays an excellent adhesiveness particularly with respective to the use of a polyamide type adhesive.

摘要： A system and apparatus for constructing complex three-dimensional scaffolds that takes advantage of the physical and chemical properties of gelatin-sugar hydrogels. Novel apparatus for building complex three-dimensional scaffolds for biomimetic applications such as in vitro organ growth, using a gelatin/sugar/water gel, ultraviolet radiation, and heat or enzyme are described. The apparatus produce gelatin-sugar hydrogels demonstrating greater thermal stability, mechanical strength, and resistance to enzymatic degradation. The invention also provides a means to assemble the gelatin sugar hydrogel films into complex three-dimensional structures (scaffolds). To account for the native biochemical factors present in natural scaffolds, methods of conjugating such factors to the gelatin-sugar hydrogel are described. These scaffolds can then be applied for tissue culturing and organ growth.

摘要： A novel method for building complex three-dimensional scaffolds for biomimetic applications such as in vitro organ growth, using a gelatin/sugar/water gel, ultraviolet radiation, and heat or enzyme is described. The method produces gelatin-sugar hydrogels demonstrating greater thermal stability, mechanical strength, and resistance to enzymatic degradation. The invention also provides a means to assemble the gelatin sugar hydrogel films into complex three-dimensional structures (scaffolds). To account for the native biochemical factors present in natural scaffolds, methods of conjugating such factors to the gelatin-sugar hydrogel are described. These scaffolds can then be applied for tissue culturing and organ growth. The present invention also describes a system and apparatus for constructing these complex three-dimensional scaffolds by taking advantage of the physical and chemical properties of the gelatin-sugar hydrogel.
