    • A rotation angle regulating device and a rotatable lamp using the same are provided. Through N passive rotating elements used for regulating the rotation angle, the rotation angle of the active rotating element relative to the fixing element is increased, wherein N is a positive integral equal to or more than 1. In addition, each passive rotating element has a first stopper and a second stopper. The active rotating element, when rotating, drives and makes the passive rotating elements rotating on the fixing element, so that the rotation of the lamp can be stopped at any designated angle through the operations of the first and second stoppers of each passive rotating element.

    • A manufacturing method of a non-volatile memory is disclosed. A gate structure is formed on a substrate and includes a gate dielectric layer and a gate conductive layer. The gate dielectric layer is partly removed, thereby a symmetrical opening is formed among the gate conductive layer, the substrate and the gate dielectric layer, and a cavity is formed on end sides of the gate dielectric layer. A first oxide layer is formed on a sidewall and bottom of the gate conductive layer, and a second oxide layer is formed on a surface of the substrate. A nitride material layer is formed covering the gate structure, the first and second oxide layer and the substrate and filling the opening. An etching process is performed to partly remove the nitride material layer, thereby a nitride layer is formed on a sidewall of the gate conductive layer and extending into the opening.

    • An air duct includes a top wall and a blocking plate. The top wall includes a limiting block, a resilient arm, and a pair of hooks. A latching slot is defined between the pair of hooks. The blocking plate is rotatably secured to the top panel and includes a body and a shaft connected to the body. The shaft is rotatably engaged in the latching slot. The limiting block and the resilient arm abut two opposite surfaces of the body and block the body preventing the blocking plate from rotating relative to the top wall. The blocking plate is adapted to abut an electronic component and guide airflow towards the electronic component.
