The electric motor comprises stator coils arranged at the first longitudinal end. The electric motor drives a pump rotor. The power electronics chamber comprises power semiconductors to drive the stator coils. The power electronics chamber is arranged at the second longitudinal end. The pump chamber is configured to have the pump rotor driven by the electric motor rotate therein so as to pump a liquid from the pump chamber inlet to the pump chamber outlet. The separation wall is arranged in a transversal plane. The separating wall separates the pump chamber from the power electronics chamber.

The electric drive motor includes a permanent-magnetic motor rotor which rotates around a rotation axis and includes rotor poles, stator-sided electro-magnetic coils, a printed circuit board with openings, at least two stator-sided Hall sensors arranged on a proximal side of the printed circuit board to face the permanent-magnetic motor rotor, and a ferromagnetic back iron member arranged at a distal side of the printed circuit board to provide a direct magnetic coupling of the Hall sensors with each other. The Hall sensors are arranged eccentrically to detect axial magnetic fields of the rotor poles. The ferromagnetic back iron member comprises axial protrusions. An axial protrusion extends into an opening of the printed circuit board. Each axial protrusion faces a Hall sensor.

The vacuum pump comprises a pump rotor, a coupling element, a control connection, a coupling arrangement switchable by the control connection to lock/unlock the coupling element with the pump rotor, and a suction connection. The power brake unit comprises a negative pressure chamber connected with the suction connection. The control valve, when unlocked, switches the control pressure of the hydraulic fluid through to the control connection to unlock. The control valve comprises an actuator acted on by a pressure of the negative pressure chamber which switches the control pressure through to the control connection if the pressure in the negative pressure chamber is greater than a threshold pressure so that the switchable control valve is switched into its unlocked state.

The pump chamber comprises pump compartments which rotate from a charge to discharge zone. The control ring envelops the pump chamber. The pump rotor comprises radially slidable vanes which rotate in the control ring to provide the pump chamber with the pump compartments. A high lubricant pressure in the control chamber moves the control ring into a low pumping volume direction against the pretensioning element. The pressure-relief-valve of the control ring connects or disconnects the control chamber with one of the pump compartments between the charge zone and the discharge zone.

摘要： A method for driving a single-phase electric motor includes switching drive electronics to a first on-state during a first on-time interval of a pulse width modulation period, switching the drive electronics to a second on-state during a second on-time interval of the pulse width modulation period, switching the drive electronics to an off-state between the first and second on-time intervals, and measuring the phase current with a current sensor. The first and the second on-time interval of one pulse width modulation period are provided with different interval lengths if a defined effective duty cycle is lower than a first duty cycle threshold value so that one of the first and the second on-time interval has an interval length which is equal to or larger than a defined minimum on-time interval length. The phase current is measured during the first and/or second on-time interval with the defined minimum on-time interval length.

摘要： An electric coolant pump for providing an automotive cooling circuit with a coolant includes an electric motor to drive the electric coolant pump, a pump housing, a separating can, a printed circuit board, and permanently height-adjusted supporting elements. The separating can includes a substantially plane separating can bottom wall which lies in a cross plane, and a substantially cylindrical separating can shell which fluidically separates a wet zone from a dry zone. The printed circuit board is arranged substantially parallel to and not in direct contact with the separating can bottom wall so that an axial gap exists which is filled with a heat conductive means. The supporting elements axially support the plane printed circuit board. Each supporting element has a distal tip which is trimmed to define a height-constant axial gap having a nominal gap height between the printed circuit board and the separating can bottom wall.

The lateral slide bearing is arranged at the lateral side of the control ring where the outlet chamber is arranged and comprises a first lateral slide bearing surface defined by the static housing, a second lateral slide bearing surface arranged opposite to the first lateral slide bearing surface which is defined by the control ring, and a lateral slide bearing gap defined between the first and second lateral slide bearing surfaces. The drainage channel of the control ring fluidically connects the lateral slide bearing gap with the inlet chamber.
