摘要： A thermoelectric power generating timepiece (1) comprises a dial (30), a movement (40), and a heat conduction sheet (50), provided within an enclosed space, defined by a case (10) made of metal, with a glass (20) fixedly attached thereto, and a case back (70), and further comprises a thermoelectric element (60), housed in a gap between the heat conduction sheet (50) and the case back (70). The case back 70 is made of two kinds of materials each having a thermal conductivity differing from that of the other. The case back (70) is made up of a heat conducting part (71) made of material, such as metal, and the like, having a high thermal conductivity, and formed in a shape larger in outer size than the thermoelectric element (60), so as to be disposed opposite to the thermoelectric element (60), and a heat insulating part (72) made of material having a low thermal conductivity such as plastics, and the like, and formed so as to be disposed on the outside of the heat conducting part (71).

摘要： A watch case has a water-tight casing (1) capable of being manufactured economically in hard materials, the casing parts being held assembled by an external support device (2) having structure for attaching the-case to a wristlet or other fixing apparatus. The casing (1) is formed of stacked parts preferably including a crystal (7), an annular middle part (9) and a back cover (8). The mutual contact surfaces (13, 14, 15, 17) of these parts are polished and have no sealing gasket. The support device includes two parallel metal clamps (25) in the form of an open or closed frame, having two portions assembled by screws (28) arranged axially to grip the casing in the clamp. The casing (1) may be made entirely of sapphire, but other materials having zero porosity or a closed structure such as hard metals, ceramics or mineral glass may be used.

Such blocking means include manual grasping means (7) enabling retraction of said blocking means, then disengagement of the bezel from the caseband by rotation initially and then translation.

摘要： This valve (1) for a watch case comprises a head (3) and a tube (4) onto which the head can be screwed. A stem (8) fixed to a core (5) borne by the head is surrounded by a return spring (7) bearing, on the one hand, under the head and, on the other hand, onto a bottom (3) exhibited by the tube through a ring (14) and a first packing (6). A second packing (18) is mounted under the head in line with the tube. When the head is screwed down the second packing (18) is compressed and the valve is inoperative and at the same time totally sealed. When the head is unscrewed the first packing (6) is able to rise up against the return force of spring (7) if the fluid pressure prevailing within the case is higher than that on the exterior thereof. An excessive interior pressure which can damage the case is thus avoided.
