摘要： A material handler comprises a motor, an interface device, and a controller. The controller is configured to receive an input from the interface device and can include a variable frequency drive (VFD). The controller provides a variable frequency drive (VFD) signal to the motor to control movement of one or more components of the material handler. If the interface device is inactive for a predetermined amount of time, the controller adjusts a frequency of the VFD signal from an operating frequency to a standby frequency with the standby frequency being lower than the operating frequency. Adjusting the frequency from the operating frequency to the standby frequency can include adjusting the frequency of the VFD signal to one or more intermediate frequencies. When adjusting the frequency of the VFD signal, the controller can skip at least one frequency or range of frequencies, for example, to avoid undesirable operating characteristics.

When the electric motor is not driven, a controller controls a hydraulic circuit system (specifically, a swing direction/flow rate control valve, a center bypass cut valve and a regulator) so as to increase output torque of the hydraulic motor by an amount corresponding to torque to be compensated for the non-driving of the electric motor compared to cases where the electric motor is driven.

摘要： This power steering cylinder assembly consists of a hydraulic cylinder which is closed at each end. A piston rod travels through the center of each end has a piston assembly fastened on it. The cylinder has holes in each end for fluid to enter and move the piston or be discharged from the cylinder. The piston has holes completely through it and a flat ring valve is supported on each side and slides in the piston. These valves are urged away from the piston by spring pressure. When power steering is used these valves close by the fluid pressure to seal the piston. When the fluid pressure drops low enough so manual steering must be used the valves open and the fluid travels through the piston as it is pushed back and forth.
