摘要： Provided is a process and an apparatus for producing at low cost gas hydrate pellets having an excellent storability. A gas hydrate generated from a raw-material gas and raw-material water is dewatered and simultaneously molded into pellets with compression-molding means under conditions suitable for generating the gas hydrate while the gas hydrate is generated from the raw-material gas and the raw-material water that exist among particles of the gas hydrate.

The apparatus may include a vacuum zone, an air impermeable fence zone adjacent to the vacuum zone, and an air permeable fence zone adjacent to the vacuum zone. The air permeable fence zone may comprise an ambient air entry conduit in communication with an ambient air exit port. The method may include providing a laydown drum and a first web of material, positioning the first web of material substantially adjacent to the laydown drum, generating a vacuum through the laydown drum, depositing particulate matter onto the first web of material, and rotating the laydown drum.

摘要： Plant comprising a rotary drum with a horizontal rotary axis lined, over its outer cylindrical surface with molding means and adapted to pass said molding means during rotation, before various working stations such as concreting, hardening, stripping and core positioning stations. The drum is equipped with beams with a composite profile fixed, notably by welding, longitudinally on the outer periphery of the drum. The beams have a cross-section which has zones adapted to form a roller track parallel to the longitudinal axis of the drum for the rolling and guidance of compacting means for the concrete. It is equipped with fastening means for the molds in a position situated radially outwards with respect to said roller track. It also has sufficient mechanical strength to absorb the major part of the prestressing forces exerted on the cores in the case of manufacturing prestressed concrete elements.

摘要： In an exemplary embodiment, a system for forming a flexible mat having an open mesh embedded in and interconnecting a plurality of blocks of a hardened paste includes a rotating drum having a plurality of mold cavities about an outer periphery thereof that receive a hardenable paste; a sheet of the open mesh that is fed over the mold cavities so that the mesh is embedded in the hardenable paste deposited in the mold cavities; and a flexible sheet that is placed against the outer periphery of the drum over the mold cavities containing the hardenable paste and the sheet of open mesh of the rotating drum to retain the hardenable paste within the mold cavities and retain the open mesh embedded in the hardenable paste as the hardenable paste solidifies to form the flexible mat.
