摘要： An electrical connector includes a housing and a terminal position assurance (TPA) member. The housing defines multiple cavities that extend between mating and cable ends of the housing, and are oriented parallel to a cavity axis. The housing holds electrical terminals within the cavities for electrically connecting to mating contacts of a mating connector. The TPA member is mounted to the cable end of the housing and movable relative to the housing between an unlocked position and a locked position. The TPA member moves from the unlocked position to the locked position along an actuation axis that is perpendicular to the cavity axis. The TPA member includes ledges that protrude into the cavities of the housing and into corresponding retreat paths of the terminals when the TPA member is in the locked position to block retreat of the terminals towards the cable end of the housing.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a power connector which comprises an insulative housing and a terminal. The insulative housing defines a terminal receiving groove therein and comprises a stopping wall. The terminal is positioned in the terminal receiving groove and comprises a mating portion, a stopping portion and a wire connecting portion. The stopping portion abuts against the stopping wall and comprises a first horizontal portion and a second horizontal portion. The first horizontal portion comprises a first front end edge. The second horizontal portion comprises a second front end edge. A portion of a front end of the first horizontal portion and a portion of a front end of the second horizontal portion are cut off, therefore when the terminal clamps the wire, the first front end edge and the second front end edge do not splay forwardly and outwardly to protrude forwardly, but are parallel to each other or respectively extend backwardly, which thus can avoid the first front end edge and the second front end edge of the stopping portion from abutting against the stopping wall first due to the protruding.

摘要： An electrical connector is provided that includes a housing, terminals, and a stuffer. The housing has a plurality of terminal channels extending from a rear to a front of the housing. The front of the housing is configured to interface with a mating connector. The terminals are loaded into corresponding terminal channels from the rear of the housing. The terminals extend along a terminal axis between a mating end and a terminating end. The terminating end includes at least one tab that protrudes radially outward from the terminal axis. The stuffer is coupled to the rear of the housing. The stuffer includes multiple teeth received in corresponding terminal channels. When one terminal is not fully loaded in the terminal channel, the corresponding tooth engages one or more of the at least one tab of the terminal and forces the terminal further into the terminal channel.
