A circular portion having a larger or equal diameter, in the pair of the circular portions, is referred to as a circular portion, the other of them is referred to as a second circular portion, and it is designed to provide, for example, such a relation as: 0.8≦(I1/I2)≦1.4, and 0.1≦(I1/I3)≦3.0 in which the moment of inertia of area for the circular portion is I1, the moment of inertia of area for the second circular portion is I2, and the moment of inertia of area for the bar portion 7 is I3. This enables to improve the strength of the cage without lowering the load capacity of the bearing to which the cage is assembled.

摘要： A journal bearing for two relatively rotatable members is formed from two coaxial rings, one of them being axially divided into two mutually symmetrical halves with respective annular track surfaces each bounded only by an external shoulder while the other ring has two annular track surfaces separated by a pair of internal shoulders. Two sets of rotary bodies (balls or rollers) are confined by these shoulders between respective inner and outer track surfaces and are held spaced apart by a common annular cage with annular lips or groups of teeth snap-fitted into a pair of closely juxtaposed annular grooves near the shoulderless internal edges of the two ring halves whereby the entire assembly is held together when detached from the relatively rotatable members.

摘要： Methods for producing an angular contact roller bearing with unilaterally delimiting rims are disclosed, as well as devices for assembling the angular contact roller bearing. The method may include generating an outer shell surface on an inner bearing ring, which outer shell surface is inclined in a first inclination direction relative to the bearing axis of rotation (AL) in an axial direction, generating an inner shell surface on an outer bearing ring, which inner shell surface is inclined in a second inclination direction relative to the bearing axis of rotation (AL) in an axial direction, wherein the second inclination direction is oriented oppositely to the first inclination direction, conically forming an inner raceway into the outer shell surface of the inner bearing ring such that the inner raceway is inclined relative to the bearing axis of rotation (AL) and is delimited at precisely one end by a rim, conically forming an outer raceway into the inner shell surface of the outer bearing ring, such that the outer raceway is inclined relative to the bearing axis of rotation (AL) and is delimited at precisely one end by a rim, assembling the inner and outer bearing rings and a multiplicity of roller-type rolling bodies, which roll on the raceways of said bearing rings, in accordance with an eccentric assembly method known as an assembly method for deep-groove ball bearings.
