    • A connector includes a body portion having a cylindrical insertion hole for inserting therein a connection member, and a cylindrical connector cover. The body portion includes a claw portion elastically deformable to a radial outside. A claw release portion and a claw covering portion are arranged in the connector cover in a rotation direction. When the connector cover is located at a release position where the body portion is detachable from the connection member, the claw release portion is opposite to the claw portion, and the claw covering portion is not opposite to the claw portion. Furthermore, when the connector cover is rotated from the release position to a lock position in a connection state between the body portion and the connection member, the claw covering portion is opposite to the claw portion, and the claw portion is engaged with an engagement portion of the connection member.

    • There is described a connecting arrangement for a fuel line (5) which extends through a passage (4) of a cylinder head (1) to a nozzle holder (2) to feed fuel to an injection nozzle. The fuel line has a pressure nipple (6) which on its front side has a sealing surface (8) and on its rear side a pressure receiving surface. A cap screw element (15) which surrounds the fuel line and is screwed to the inlet opening (3) of the passage projects into the passage with an axially directed tube portion (17) which in the tightened condition exerts on a pressure transmission arrangement a force which is directed axially towards the nozzle holder and which is transmitted to the pressure receiving surface of the pressure nipple to press its sealing surface against a counterpart sealing surface (10) on the nozzle holder. A sealing arrangement which seals off a first free space (21) between the outside wall of the fuel line and the inside wall of the pressure transmission arrangement and a second free space (22) between the outside wall of the pressure transmission arrangement and the inside wall of the passage relative to the exterior is positioned completely in the interior of the passage.

    • A coupling device for hydraulically and mechanically coupling an injection valve to a fuel rail of a combustion engine, has a fuel injector cup with a central longitudinal axis which can be hydraulically coupled to the fuel rail and at least partially engaged with the fuel inlet tube. The cup has an inner bottom surface facing the valve, a first retaining element fixedly coupled to the cup, a second retaining element fixedly coupled to the valve, wherein the second retaining element is coupled to the first element to prevent a movement of the second element relative to the first element in a first axis direction, and a damper element which is arranged axially between the inner bottom surface of the cup and the inlet tube. The damper element limits a movement of the valve relative to the cup in a second direction of the longitudinal axis opposing the first direction.

    • A fuel pressure sensor/sensor mount assembly for use in a fuel injection system equipped with fuel injectors which inject fuel, as supplied from an accumulator through fuel pipes, into a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine mounted in an engine compartment of a vehicle. The assembly includes a connector unit and fuel pressure sensors. The connector unit has formed therein a plurality of communication paths each of which is to establish a connection between one of the fuel injectors and the accumulator through one of the fuel pipes. The connector unit also has formed therein sensor mounts exposed to the communication paths. Each of the fuel pressure sensors is disposed in the sensor mount to measure the pressure of the fuel in the communication path. This structure permits steps of installing the fuel pressure sensors within the engine compartment to be decreased and ensures desired measurement accuracy of the fuel pressure sensors.
