摘要： Disclosed is a micro particle for a thermal control material capable of being applied as a highly thermal conductive material for thermal control, and an apparatus and a method of producing the micro particle for the thermal control material by using an ultrasonic high-temperature vibration scheme. More specifically, a Boron Nitride (BN) particle having a plate shape and an excellent thermal conductivity is coated on a PCM having a shape of a micro bead, to increase the thermal conduction to the inside PCM, so that a phase change is easily generated, and which allows an easy treatment of the PCM in a liquid state at a temperature equal to or higher than a melting point of the PCM.

摘要： Microcapsules of the present invention have a core and a wall. The wall is made of a polymer, which by weight is from 40 to 90% C1-C24-alkyl ester of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, or both (“first monomer”); from 10 to 60% an ethylenically unsaturated crosslinker; and from 0 to 30% an ethylenically monounsaturated monomer different from the first monomer. At least 80% of the crosslinker is has three or more ethylenically unsaturated radicals. The core is made of a paraffin composition, which by weight has from 35 to 98% n-octadecane; from 1 to 10% C20-C24-aliphatic, diisopropylnaphthalene, or both; from 1 to 5% wax with a melting point >40° C.; and from 0 to 50% n-hexadecane. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing the microcapsules and to their use in binding construction materials, textiles, and heat transfer liquids.

摘要： The invention relates to a preparation method of a polymeric phase-change material, comprising: using 1, 2 or 3 of (meth)acrylate poly(ethylene glycol) n-alkyl ether ester as a raw material, wherein the (meth)acrylate poly(ethylene glycol) n-alkyl ether ester has a structural general formula of CH2═C(CH3)—COO(CH2O)mCnH2+1 or CH2═CH—COO(CH2CH2O)mCnH2+1, m=1 to 100, and n=10 to 50; washing the raw material with a solution of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium carbonate or potassium carbonate having a mass percentage of 1% to 10% to remove a polymerization inhibitor, and subjecting reduced-pressure distillation, and then to a polymerization reaction by adopting one of the following process; 1. polymerization reaction initiated by irradiation; 2. polymerization reaction initiated by an initiator; 3. polymerization reaction in a solvent; after the polymerization reaction is completed, adding a precipitating agent to precipitate the polymeric phase-change material from the solution, and then washing with deionized water and dried, to obtain a polymeric phase-change material as a powder to block.
