The invention also concerns the method for preparing such a composition, comprising its use, assembling the parts and drying and satisfying the requirements of modern fast machinery.

摘要： Adhesives particularly useful for industrial bottle labeling are provided. The adhesives comprise at least one starch component and at least one protein component (which is not gelatin or casein). The adhesive is also free of synthetic polymer. The label, along with the adhesive, can be easily removed from the bottle during the recycling process. In one embodiment, the starch component does not contain leguminous starch having an amylose content of 25% or more. In another embodiment, the adhesive comprises a crosslinking agent.

摘要： A viscosity auto detector of a paste maker connected to a barrel of a paste maker; the viscosity auto detector comprises a flow detector; the flow detector being formed by a casing, a blade assembly and an encoder installed; an inlet being formed at one end of the casing; the inlet being connected to a bottom of the barrel of the paste maker through a conduit; another end of the casing being installed with an outlet; the outlet being connected to a tank for being stored therein temporarily. In the manufacturing process, when the glue flows through the casing, it will drive the blade assembly; the rotation of the blade assembly is encoded through the encoder into digital signals which is then transferred to a computer for counting; thereby the viscosity in the manufacturing process can be derived precisely; and thus the viscosity of the paste can be precisely controlled.

摘要： A polycarboxy binder composition that contains a dextrin as a co-binder is provided. The dextrin co-binder may be a dextrin, a modified dextrin, a maltodextrin, or combinations thereof. The dextrin may be chemically modified. A pre-binder composition is formed that contains a polycarboxy polymer, a crosslinking agent, and optionally a catalyst. The polycarboxy polymer may be a homopolymer or copolymer prepared from unsaturated carboxylic acids and may be modified to contain one or more vinyl compounds. The crosslinking agent may be a polyol that contains at least two hydroxyl groups. The pre-binder composition may be formed by admixing the polycarboxy polymer, the crosslinking agent, and optionally, the catalyst, in a mixing device. Dextrin may be added to the pre-binder composition in an amount of from 10-75% of the total binder composition. The dextrin binder composition may have a ratio of from approximately 90:10 to 25:75 pre-binder:dextrin co-binder.
