摘要： The present invention relates to a device for transferring a plurality of bottles provided with chimes from a box to a storage facility. The device has a handle adjacent to bottle engagement fingers forming slots or gaps between the fingers to scoop the plurality of bottles and transfer the bottles into a designated storage facility such as a refrigerator. The bottle engagement fingers slidingly engage the bottles under their chimes, the user lifts the scooped bottles using the handle, transferring and slidingly unloading the bottles into the storage facility.

摘要： A robotic material handling apparatus comprises a packing head using vacuum to lift bottles, and a robot arm including two four-bar linkages. The four-bar linkages include a tubular structural member forming a rigid link with an internal passageway extending along the robot arm. A vacuum source is connected by hoses to the internal passageways and to the packing head as a way in integrating the vacuum lines into the robot arm. The packing head has bottle-lifting stations using vacuum to lift bottles, each including a seal shaped to sealingly engage a shoulder on the bottle. A vacuum source is connected to the seal for suctionally gripping the bottle using the shoulder to lift the bottle, regardless of whether a bottle cap is present or is missing.

The holding structure includes a carrier having a plurality of apertures or receptacles into which the containers can be inserted and holding means for holding the containers in the apertures or receptacles. The holding means has at least two holding tabs, which are provided at the edge of a respective aperture or receptacle and protrude from an upper side of the carrier for holding the respective container. The holding tabs are resiliently pivoted or folded back as the containers are inserted into the apertures or receptacles and so that the holding tabs are matched to the containers such that these are held by the holding tabs with a radial clearance and low tension.

摘要： The present invention provides a packaging apparatus for gripping, lifting, and then moving a plurality of individual products from a first location to a second location. The apparatus includes first and second plates and a plurality of individual grippers that are each selectively actuated to grip a single product and to release the product at a preselected time. Each gripper includes a plurality of slots extending upwardly from the base of each gripper, thereby providing a plurality of gripper fingers. Each gripper extends through an appropriately configured hole in the second plate into a fixed engagement with the first plate. The second plate is movably mounted to the first plate such that it can be moved relatively thereto. The holes in the second plate are sized to engage the gripper fingers when moved apart from the first plate. As the plates continue to move apart, the continuing camming engagement between the second plate and the gripper will cause the gripper fingers to be moved inwardly into a gripping engagement with the products.
