    • A processor having a timer relay and a comparitor relay interprets, stores and compares inputted biometric data with pre-loaded biometric data and responds including activation of a vehicle's electronic systems. An electronic system interrupter allows the vehicle's electronic system to function with the interrupter maintained in the electronic systems functioning position by a signal from the processor thereby allowing the interrupter to be overridden by the processor to keep the electronic system in a functioning mode. An air pressure sensor detects the vehicle's speed and signals when speed is beyond a preset threshold. The processor, the input device, electronic system interrupter, air pressure sensor and a power source are electronically coupled.

    • An early-warning security system for monitoring and tracking in real-time the activities and movements associated with prescribed personnel, personal property, mobile vehicles, and buildings. The system comprises a plurality of in situ local controllers having a microprocessor and a coordinated plurality of conspicuous and clandestine digital video cameras for continuously producing digital audio and visual signals, uplinking such signals via a suitable wireless telecommunications device to a satellite, general packet radio service, the Internet, intranet or extranet, and then downlinking these signals to a plurality of control centers for recording and analysis thereof. Uplinking of these digital signals may occur continuously or may be activated by a manual or predefined trigger event. Preventative or remedial action is immediately taken when perturbations from normal behavior or activities are observed in the recorded audio and visual signals.

    • A system of securing access to vehicle control systems using non-persistent identifiers. Identifiers are received and stored at the commencement of vehicle operations. Restricted events are detected and confirmation identifiers are requested, in order to continue vehicle operations. If confirmation identifiers are not presented, vehicle operations enter caution mode, and access to vehicle controls is restricted. Upon termination of a vehicle trip, the non-persistent identifiers are discarded. The system provides a convenient, low-overhead, secure means of regulating access to vehicle control systems.
