    • The present invention provides a tilting sensing and safeguarding mechanism of the electric scooter cart. The mechanism includes a central processor, electrically connected with the throttle controller of the electric scooter cart, and a gravity sensor, used to sense the tilting state of the electric scooter cart and transmit the sensing signals to the central processor. There is a light control module, electrically connected with the central processor. The central processor enables the light control module to execute the respective command according to the tilting sensing signal of the gravity sensor. A light display screen is controlled by the light control module to determine the ON/OFF state of the lights. A speed control module generates a control signal for controlling the motor controller of the electric scooter cart, so as to adjust automatically the operating speed/state of the motor. The mechanism detects the tilting states of the electric scooter cart.

    • A safety circuit for power takeoff (PTO) for use in an automobile and a method for controlling the same is disclosed. The safety circuit determines whether a PTO unit, driving a pump, and a transmission must be coupled to each other according to the speed of the automobile and operating states of a clutch switch and PTO switch manipulated by a driver without use of an additional power cutoff relay. Such a safety circuit provides a cost-effective system capable of reducing the number of system components and quickly performing a stable operation using a small number of components in comparison with a system equipped with a conventional safety device for PTO.

    • To improve the comfortability in riding by discriminating sudden acceleration upon startup before connection of a centrifugal clutch and limiting the engine output power. A supervision starting condition discrimination section discriminates whether or not an engine satisfies a supervision starting condition for starting discrimination of satisfaction of a starting control condition. The supervision starting condition is discriminated based on a vehicle speed, a throttle opening and an engine speed. Particularly, a condition at least of the engine speed from among the parameters such as the vehicle speed is set to a value lower than a speed at which a centrifugal clutch is connected. If the supervision starting condition discrimination section discriminates that the condition is satisfied, then a startup control condition discrimination section discriminates whether or not the vehicle is in a sudden acceleration state based on whether or not the throttle opening has a magnitude (for example, 50%) corresponding to a sudden opening of the throttle. If sudden opening of the throttle is detected, then an ignition retard section issues an instruction to an ignition timing control section to retard the ignition timing in order to limit the output power.
