摘要： A subject for the invention is to improve the cycle characteristics of a high-capacity secondary battery containing an active material packed at a high density, by using a particulate active material having a low aspect ratio. The invention relates to a nonaqueous-electrolyte secondary battery comprising a negative electrode and a positive electrode each capable of occluding/releasing lithium, a separator, and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution comprising a nonaqueous solvent and a lithium salt, characterized in that the separator comprises a porous film made of a thermoplastic resin containing an inorganic filler, and at least either of the following is satisfied: the active material contained in the negative electrode is a particulate active material having an aspect ratio of from 1.02 to 3; and the active material contained in the positive electrode is a particulate active material having an aspect ratio of from 1.02 to 2.2.

摘要： The present invention provides a polyolefin series heat-shrinkable film comprising a mixed resin mainly containing a polyolefin series resin (A), polylactic acid series resin (B), and a resin (C) facilitating compatibility with the resin (A) and the resin (B), or comprising at least one layer made of the mixed resin, wherein mass ratio of the resin (A) to the resin (B) is (A)/(B)=99/1 to 70/30; heat shrinkage ratio of the film at least in one direction when dipped in hot water at 80° C. for 10 seconds is 20% or more; and natural shrinkage ratio of the film when stored at 40° C. under 50% RH environment for 7 days is less than 10%. This polyolefin series heat-shrinkable film exhibits excellent heat-shrinkable property and shrink finishing quality, and inhibits natural shrinkage. This invention also provides a polyolefin series heat-shrinkable label and container on which the heat-shrinkable label is fitted.

摘要： A gas-barrier laminate comprises a plastic substrate (A), an inorganic thin film (B) formed on at least one surface of the plastic substrate (A), and a polyester-based resin layer (C) formed by applying a coating material containing a polyester-based resin on a surface of the inorganic thin film (B), wherein the polyester-based resin has a glass transition temperature of 50 to 70° C., a molecular weight of 1500 to 15000 and a hydroxyl value of 10 to 60 mg KOH/g, and the gas-barrier laminate has an oxygen permeability of not more than 5 cc/m2/day/atm and a water vapor permeability of not more than 5 g/m2/day. The gas-barrier laminate of the present invention is excellent in printability (in particular, gradation printability), is free from deterioration in gas-barrier property, namely is excellent in gas-barrier property, even after providing a printed layer thereon, and further exhibits an excellent adhesion between the plastic substrate (A) and the inorganic thin film (B) even after being subjected to retort treatments.

摘要： The present invention provides a release film comprising a polyester film which is capable of realizing a high-accuracy inspection of a polarizing plate without undergoing any of problems such as difficulty in detection of foreign matters or defects and likelihood of overlooking thereof when inspecting the polarizing plate by a Cross-Nicol method. The present invention relates to (i) a release film for a polarizing plate which comprises a polyester film and a release layer formed on one surface of the polyester film by a coating/stretching method, wherein a haze of the release film is 7 to 18%, and an L value of the release film is not more than 77 as measured form a side of the release layer by a reflection method; and (ii) a release film for a polarizing plate, comprising a polyester film and a release layer formed on one surface of the polyester film by a coating stretching method, wherein a surface roughness (Ra) of the release film is 11 to 25 nm, and an image clarity value of the release film is not less than 90%.
