    • The present invention discloses a method for processing a location information request in a location service, comprising: a location information request initiator sending a location information request containing a processing indication to a location information request receiver; after receiving the location information request, the location information request receiver determining whether to perform synchronous processing or asynchronous processing for the location information request according to type of the processing indication, and then implementing corresponding processing for the location information request. This method is capable of effectively saving system resource of a LCS system, avoiding resource waste at a location service interface and increasing processing performance of a location service.

    • An emergency call method includes the following blocks: a User Equipment (UE) sends an emergency attach request that establishes an emergency indication to a System Architecture Evolution (SAE) network; the SAE network selects an emergency call service entity for the UE after receiving the emergency indication; the UE sends an emergency call request to the emergency call service entity after getting attached to the SAE network emergently; and the emergency call service entity establishes an emergency voice bearer, whereupon the UE makes an emergency call according to the established emergency voice bearer. Through the method for simulating a Circuit Switched (CS) emergency call by means of an emergency call service entity in the SAE network, the emergency call service can be implemented in the SAE or Long Term Evolution (LTE) packet network.

    • A handover method includes an evolved mobile switching centre (eMSC) that receives a relocation request from a first network and forwards the relocation request to a second network requesting the second network to establish its own media plane association. The eMSC establishes a media plane association with the second network. The eMSC instructs a user equipment (UE) to access the second network. With the handover method, the UE may be handed over between different networks by using the eMSC. A method for reattaching a UE to the eMSC is also provided so that the UE can be reattached to a target eMSC when the eMSC to which the UE is attached is changed. A handover apparatus and a handover system are also provided.

    • The present invention discloses a method for implementing roaming charging, including: a proxy CRF is configured in the PLMN; a terminal uses bearer resources or packet data services in the currently visited PLMN to provide information for selecting charging rules for the home CRF through the proxy CRF in the PLMN, the home CRF selects the charging rules according to the information and provides the charging rules for the TPF serving the current terminal. The present invention also provides a system for implementing roaming charging, which includes a TPF, a home CRF in the terminal's home PLMN and a proxy CRF in the PLMN other than the terminal's home PLMN. When the terminal is roaming and utilizing the bearer resources or packet data services in the currently visited PLMN, the problem of addressing among the functions when implementing the data flow based charging procedure based on FBC mechanism is solved.

    • The present invention discloses a method for handling event triggers and re-authorization triggers in flow based charging. In this way, only one interaction for re-authorization is needed between TPF and OCS, thus the re-authorization process is optimized when there is overlap between event triggers and re-authorization triggers, and the re-authorization process in flow based charging is improved.

    • A CS domain call terminating system, includes a routing-controlled determination module that determines a call which has been subject to routing control in accordance with information carried in a received call initiation message.
