摘要： The present invention comprises a process for combining foamed polystyrene fine particles (C) to two-component reaction curing type soft urethane liquid resin (A), injecting a resulting mixture into a mold for core (C) with a concave portion corresponding to said hollow portion, hardening it, removing a resulting cured matter from said mold for core (C), and forming a vanishing core (D) having a shape corresponding to said hollow portion; a process for setting said vanishing core (D) at a specific position inside a mold for resin model (E) having a concave portion corresponding to an outer shape of said resin model, injecting two-component reaction fast curing type urethane liquid resin (F), hardening it, removing a resulting cured matter, and forming a resin model (G) including said vanishing core (D); and a process for injecting organic solvent capable of dissolving foamed polystyrene (H) into said vanishing core (D of said resin model (G) to dissolve said foamed polystyrene fine particles (B), removing a resulting solution, taking out and removing a cured matter (I) of said two-component reaction curing type soft urethane liquid resin (A), and completing said resin model.

摘要： A method is disclosed for freezing supercooled water, which method includes the steps of (1-1) filling said supercooled water in a sealed container, reducing pressure of said supercooled water to generate bubbles from the supercooled water, mixing said generated bubbles in the supercooled water, or (1-2) filling said supercooled water in a sealed container with a bubble-mixing inlet, reducing pressure of the supercooled water to mix bubbles into the supercooled water from outside of the container through the bubble mixing inlet, or (1-3) filling said supercooled water in the sealed container with the bubble-mixing inlet, introducing bubbles into the supercooled water from outside the container through the bubble-mixing inlet under pressure, mixing the bubbles into the supercooled water, (2) simultaneously repeating expansion, compression, disruption, clustering and disappearance of the bubbles mixed into the supercooled water and (3) thereby freezing the supercooled water by vigorously oscillating gas-liquid boundaries between the bubbles and the supercooled water.

摘要： A method for freezing a supercooled liquid, includes the steps of forming a liquid phase of a supercooled liquid and a gas phase adjacent to the liquid phase in a container, vibrating a gas-liquid interface formed by said liquid phase and the gas phase by applying vibration upon the gas-liquid interface and/or a vicinity thereof along the gas-liquid interface, forming splashed waves of the supercooled liquid, scattering liquid drops of the supercooled liquid, crashing the liquid drops upon a portion of an inner wall of the container where the gas phase is located, mixing resulting liquid drops and bubbles into the supercooled liquid through the gas-liquid interface, subjecting said bubbles mixed in the supercooled liquid to expansion, compression, disruption, clustering and disappearance, thereby vigorously oscillating the gas-liquid interface and freezing the supercooled liquid.

摘要： A laser working method which can easily and accurately work a fine and complicated shape by irradiation of a laser beam is provided. When a plurality of channel grooves are laser worked on a second board constituting a liquid jet recording head and projections are laser worked on the joint surface of groove walls between the channel grooves and the like, the projections are first worked and formed by irradiating the laser beam through a first mask pattern of a high space frequency arranged by transmitting portions to work the projections and light shielding portions. After that, the channel grooves are worked and formed by irradiating the laser beam through a second mask pattern of a low space frequency arranged by transmitting portions to work the channel grooves and light shielding portions. The formation of a secondary product due to the laser working can be reduced. Even when the laser working secondary product exists, the influence by the secondary product can be reduced and the working can be performed. A fine and complicated shape can be stably and cheaply worked.
