    • The present invention provides an active matrix substrate driven by an analog gray scale method, and an organic EL display device, in which decrease in response speed of a current emissive element is suppressed. The active matrix substrate of the present invention is driven by an analog gray scale method and is provided with a pixel that has a current emissive element and a transistor that supplies current to the current emissive element. The pixel further has a compensation circuit for compensating variability of threshold voltage in the transistor; the current emissive element has a pixel electrode electrically connected to the transistor; a gate electrode of a transistor that makes up the compensation circuit forms a region covered with the pixel electrode; and a part or the entirety of the gate electrode that is positioned within the region is provided in a wiring layer that is lower than a wiring layer directly below the pixel electrode.

The active matrix substrate of the present invention is an analog gradation-driving active matrix substrate, comprising: pixels each including a current-driven light-emitting element and a drive transistor, the current-driven light-emitting element has a pixel electrode electrically coupled with the drive transistor, the drive transistor supplies a current to the current-driven light-emitting element through the pixel electrode, wherein an adjusting transistor for adjusting a voltage of the pixel electrode is electrically connected to a path for the electric current supplied from the drive transistor to the current-driven light-emitting element.

    • An automatically guided agricultural vehicle with multiple sensors is disclosed. The automatically guided agricultural vehicle includes guidance parameter identification using multi-sensor data fusion for real-time vehicle guidance. To insure robust navigation, a map-based guidance and sensor-based guidance are disclosed and integrated because no individual sensing technology is ideally suited for vehicle automation under all modes of use. The appropriate sensor and operational mode will depend on the field status of time or operation. A fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) and a real-time kinematic GPS (RTK-GPS) and machine vision are added to the guidance system in order to improve reliability of the system for vehicle guidance. The navigator includes key functions of selecting control mode, correcting position by vehicle roll/pitch inclinations, Kalman filtering, and calculating a steering angle.
