    • A bearing apparatus for a driving wheel of a vehicle has a wheel hub (1), a constant velocity universal joint (3) and a double row rolling bearing (2) assembled as a unit. The wheel hub (1) and the outer joint member (14) of the constant velocity universal joint (3) are fitted to each other. At least one of the inner raceway surface (1a) of the double row rolling bearing (2) is formed on the wheel hub. A hardened irregular portion (5) is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the wheel hub (1). The wheel hub 1 and the outer joint member (14) are integrally connected via plastic deformation of a fitting portion (17b) of the outer joint member. The hardened irregular portion (5) bites into the surface of the fitting (17b). A connected portion of the wheel hub and outer joint member has a plastic deformed connection mechanism having an axial pull-out proof force more than 160 kN.

    • Provided are a low-cost wheel bearing device and axle module which are manufactured by small work man-hours and assemblyman-hours and at lower component replacement cost for maintenance and repairing. A recess-projection fitting structure is configured by providing projections extending in an axial direction on any one of an outer diameter surface of a shaft section of an outer joint member and an inner diameter surface of a hole of a hub wheel, press-fitting the projections in another of the outer diameter surface and the inner diameter surface along the axial direction, and forming recesses brought into close contact and fitted with respect to the projections by this press fitting in the another of the outer diameter surface and the inner diameter surface, the projections and the recesses being held in close contact with each other through intermediation of entire fitting contact regions. An outer member is fitted in a hole of a knuckle of a vehicle with a predetermined fit. Annular grooves are formed respectively in an outer peripheral surface of the outer member and an inner peripheral surface of the hole of the knuckle, and a snap ring is engaged with both the annular grooves. Consequently, the outer member is separable from the knuckle only by deformation or breakage of the snap ring caused by application of a drawing force larger than a drawing force acting in normal use.

    • An object of the present invention is to enhance assemblability of a wheel bearing device, and stably maintain predetermined torque transmissibility over a long period of time. A shaft portion (12) of a joint outer ring (5) where projections (35) extending in an axial direction are provided is press-fitted into a hole portion (22) of a hub wheel (1) to thereby form recesses (36) by the projections 35 in an inner diameter surface (37) of a shaft fitting hole 22a of the hub wheel (1), by which a recess-projection fitting structure M is constructed, where an entire area of fitting sites of the projections (35) and the recesses (36) are brought into close contact. Moreover, a bolt member (50) is fastened in a bolt hole (13) provided in the shaft portion (12) of the joint outer ring (5) after the construction of the recess-projection fitting structure (M), which restricts separation between the hub wheel (1) and the joint outer ring (5). As the bolt member (50), if an outer diameter of a seating surface thereof (50a1) is d1 and a shaft diameter is d2, a bolt member satisfying a relational expression of 2.3≦(d1/d2)2≦4.9 is used.

    • Provided is a bearing device for a wheel capable of suppressing a backlash in a circumferential direction, excellent in coupling operability of a hub wheel and an outer joint member of a constant velocity universal joint, and excellent in maintenance property by allowing separation of the hub wheel and the outer joint member of the constant velocity universal joint from each other. In the bearing device for a wheel, a hub wheel (1), a double-row roller bearing (2), and a constant velocity universal joint (3) are unitized together, and the hub wheel (1) and a shaft section (12) of an outer joint member of the constant velocity universal joint (3) are separably coupled with each other through intermediation of a recess-projection fitting structure (M), the shaft section (12) being inserted in a fitting manner into a hole portion (22) of the hub wheel (1). Projecting portions (35) provided on one of an outer surface of the shaft section (12) of the outer joint member and an inner surface (37) of the hole portion (22) of the hub wheel (1) and extending in an axial direction are press-fitted along the axial direction into the other, and recessed portions (36) are formed with the projecting portions (35) so as to be held in close contact with the projecting portions (35) in a fitting manner on the other. Thus, the recess-projection fitting structure (M) is realized, in which the projecting portions (35) and the recessed portions (36) are held in close contact with each other through intermediation of an entire region of fitting contact regions (38) therebetween. The recess-projection fitting structure (M) allows separation by being applied with a pulling-out force in the axial direction.

    • According to one embodiment, a video reproduction apparatus includes an image generator, a motion recognizer, a marker generator and an image synthesizer. The image generator is configured to generate a first pair of images with a difference in visual field for an operational object. The motion recognizer is configured to recognize three-dimensional gesture of a user. The marker generator is configured to identify three-dimensional designated coordinates based on the gesture recognized by the motion recognizer, and generate a second pair of images with a difference in visual field for a marker corresponding to the designated coordinates. The image synthesizer is configured to synthesize the first pair of images with the second pair of images to generate a third pair of images.
