摘要： A communication connecting device includes a terminal unit controller for temporarily storing data received from a sending terminal unit. A packetizer/depacketizer collectively codes the data sequentially read out in accordance with size information fed from a size information storage. The packetizer/depacketizer determines whether or not the current data is the last one of a continues sequence of data and delivers, if the answer of the decision is positive, a detection signal to a frequency-of-transmission monitor. A UDPTL controller feeds additional data read out of the buffer to the frequency-of-transmission monitor in accordance with ITU-T Recommendation T.38. In response to the detection signal, the monitor outputs a control signal such that the coded data not sent a preselected number of times are repeatedly read out of the buffer and retransmitted the preselected number of times.

In the sorter, the bin assembly is movable up and down pitch by pitch to store sheets on each bin, and stapled the stored sheets if necessary. A bin to store a first sheet and a first moving direction of the bin assembly are set in such a way that the bin assembly is stopped upward when the last process to sheets is finished.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes a feeder for feeding a new paper accommodated in a feeding cassette, an image forming device which forms an image on the paper fed by the feeder, an intermediate container which temporarily accommodates the paper fed by the feeder and having the image thereon, a refeeder which refeeds the accommodated paper from the intermediate container to form an image on the paper again, a detector which detects presence or absence of paper to be fed by the refeeder for image formation, and a controller which effects a change-over from the paper feeding operation by the refeeder to the paper feeding operation by the feeder when the detector detects the absence of paper to be refed or forbids the paper feeding operation by the refeeder until the detector detects the absence of paper to be refed after the paper has been accommodated in the intermediate container.
