The method can comprise the following steps: receiving a handover request message for a terminal receiving a SIPTO service by means of a source base station to a target base station; deciding whether to deactivate the SIPTO service; performing a process for disconnecting a public data network connection (PDN) for the SIPTO, based on the decision; and transmitting to the terminal via the source base station a message including information for reactivating the SIPTO after the handover, according to the decision.

Therefore, when the SCC AS receives the request for discovery for discovery of the ongoing session on any UE, the SCC AS identifies which media flows in the ongoing session of the UE are indicated as indiscoverable, and does not send information about theses media flows to the other UEs.
