摘要： The present disclosure provides a method for optimizing transformation of automation equipment in a power distribution network based on reliability, including determining installation states of respective components in the power distribution network and operation criterions for fault isolation, load transfer and fault recovery after a fault occurred in a feeder segment; determining a target function which is a target function for minimizing a total transformation cost of the power distribution network; determining constraint conditions including reliability constraints; establishing an optimization model for evaluating the reliability of the power distribution network based on the reliability constraints in accordance with the target function and the constraints; and solving the established optimization model for evaluating the reliability of the power distribution network based on the reliability constraints to obtain optimal solutions as optimization results of the automation transformation state of the circuit breaker and the switch and the reliability index.

摘要： The disclosure provides a stochastic dynamical unit commitment method for power system based on solving quantiles via Newton method, belonging to power system technologies. The method establishes a unit commitment model with chance constraints for power system parameters. Quantiles of random variables obeying mixed Gaussian distribution is solved by Newton method, and chance constraints are transformed into deterministic linear constraints, so that original problem is transformed into mixed integer linear optimization problem. Finally, the model is solved to obtain on-off strategy and active power plan of units. The disclosure employs Newton method to transform chance constraints containing risk level and random variables into deterministic mixed integer linear constraints, which effectively improves the model solution efficiency, eliminates conservative nature of conventional robust unit commitment, provides reasonable dispatch basis for decision makers. The disclosure is employed to the stochastic and dynamic unit commitment of the power system including large-scale renewable energy grid-connected.

A relaxation variant sum e according to the second convex model is determined. It is judged whether the relaxation variant sum e is greater than a preset threshold. If the relaxation variant sum e is not greater than the preset threshold, the solution of the second convex optimal model is determined as a feasible solution of the optimal model of the optimal power flow.

The method includes: dividing the power system into a plurality of sub-systems; establishing a first linear model of the power system for a first stage; solving the first linear model by an alternating direction multiplier method to obtain the intermediate state variables of each sub-system; performing a nonlinear transformation at a second stage on the intermediate state variables to obtain intermediate measured values; establishing a second linear model of the power system for a third stage according to the intermediate measured values; and solving the third linear model by the alternating direction multiplier method to obtain the final state variables of each sub-system.

The method comprises: establishing first power flow equations for PQ buses, and establishing second power flow equations for PV buses; establishing power flow equations according to the first flow equations, the second power flow equations, and a voltage magnitude and a voltage phase of a balance bus; choosing a bus having a fastest voltage drop as a parameterization bus, and defining a parameterization variable according to a voltage magnitude of the parameterization bus and the load growth factor; defining an equality constraint equation according to the parameterization variable, and generating an extended power flow equation according to the equality constraint equation and the power flow equations; solving the extended power flow equation by a plurality of iterations to obtain a plurality of load summations; generating a P-V curve according to the plurality of load summations.
