摘要： A display panel and an electronic device are provided. The display panel includes: an array substrate; a plurality of organic light emitting units disposed on the array substrate; at least one fingerprint identification unit located in a display region at a side close to the array substrate of the organic light emitting units. The fingerprint identification unit performs fingerprint identification according to light rays reflected on the fingerprint identification unit by a touch body. Each organic light emitting unit includes a red organic light emitting unit, a green organic light emitting unit and a blue organic light emitting unit. In a fingerprint identification phase, the red/green organic light emitting unit emits light to be a light source for the fingerprint identification unit. Compared with the blue organic light emitting unit, the red/green organic light emitting unit has a smaller transparent area towards a side opposite to a display side.

摘要： One inventive aspect is a touch control liquid crystal display device. The device includes a color film substrate, a thin film transistor array substrate, and a liquid crystal layer between the color film substrate and the thin film transistor array substrate. The color film substrate includes a grid-shaped black matrix layer, a touch control layer, and a color film layer. The touch control layer includes metal grid electrodes in a rectangle, where the metal grid electrodes include metal lines intersecting transversely and vertically. In addition, the metal grid electrodes include drive electrodes and sense electrodes. The drive electrodes are connected together through first metal connection lines in a first direction, and the sense electrodes are connected together through second metal connection lines in a second direction. In addition, the projection of the metal grid electrodes falls into the projection of the black matrix layer in the light transmission direction.

The backlight drive method is used to drive a light-emitting region of a backlight source of the display device. Driving the light-emitting region of the backlight source further includes determining a target backlight brightness range of light exited from the light-emitting region with reference to the actual ambient brightness, where the target backlight brightness range is within an intrinsic brightness range of the light-emitting region. Driving the light-emitting region of the backlight source further includes matching the target backlight brightness range to a plurality of gray levels preset in the light-emitting region.
