The bed part includes a measurement department move mechanism part that moves a measurement part disposed on one end side of the stage in the longitudinal direction to a center side of the stage, and a stage move mechanism part that moves the measurement part that has moved to the center side of the stage to an interior of the magnetic shield room together with the stage.

摘要： The air supply apparatus for fuel cell system serves to supply air to the cell cathode and the combustion section of the reformer in the fuel cell system and recover energy from exhaust gases being discharged from the system. The apparatus has a compressor for supply of air to the system, an exhaust gas turbine for driving the compressor through recovery of energy from the system exhaust gas, an auxiliary combustor for compensating deficiency of the energy being recovered, if any, and pipe lines connecting those parts. The auxiliary combustor particularly employs a combustion catalyst in its combustion section. The apparatus secures stable combustion of the fuel gas in the auxiliary combustor, and its operation displays improved stability against any load change or partial load.

摘要： In a shift converter for catalytically converting carbon monoxide and steam to carbon dioxide and hydrogen through exothermic reaction in a phosphoric acid fuel cell apparatus, the heat generated at the shift reaction is absorbed in vaporization of a liquid in a vessel provided with a reactor tube as a heat source. The catalytic exothermic reaction is carried out with cooling in the present invention, and thus it is not necessary to provide coolers at a plurality of stages in contrast to the conventional shift converter.

摘要： An identification apparatus keeps the conditions for imaging uniform among successive identifications, and requires a user to perform only a series of simple maneuvers. The apparatus comprises a guide member, a light source, and an imaging unit. The guide member includes a pattern or structure for a user to position his/her finger thereon or to approach his/her specific finger region thereto. A contact member is located in the guide member where a fingertip is positioned. An optical opening is formed at a position coincident with where a finger to be imaged should be placed. The light source radiates near-infrared light through the portion of the finger to be imaged. The imaging means acquires an image of the finger, and the apparatus compares the image to previously registered images. The apparatus may also include dual light sources power saving functionality, and means for limiting the interference of external light sources.

摘要： Methods are disclosed for manufacturing piezoelectric vibrating pieces and devices including such pieces. According to an embodiment of the method, a piezoelectric vibrating piece is produced from a piezoelectric wafer. To form the piece, a profile of the piezoelectric vibrating piece is formed in a piezoelectric wafer. A first metal film (chromium; Cr) is formed on the surface of the piezoelectric piece. The chromium film is surface-oxidized to form a film having Cr foundation layer and an oxidized surface. A second metal film (gold; Au) is formed on the oxidized surface. Then, in selected regions not destined to become electrodes, the second metal film is removed, leaving electrode patterns at designated regions of the piezoelectric vibrating piece.
