摘要： A method includes receiving at a user equipment from a network access node a temporary identifier associated with an interference cancellation group to which the user equipment is assigned; decoding a control channel using the temporary identifier to determine a downlink resource allocation for the user equipment and to determine a downlink resource allocation for at least one other user equipment assigned to the same interference cancellation group; and receiving a downlink signal in accordance with the determined downlink resource allocation for the user equipment while canceling interference from the downlink signal that is associated with the at least one other user equipment by using the determined downlink resource allocation for the at least one other user equipment. Apparatus for performing the method are also disclosed.

Within the cyclic shift subset, demodulation reference signal resources that cause the most significant interference to each other are identified, and cyclic shifts corresponding to the identified demodulation reference signal resources, are linked with as orthogonal complementary multiplexing resources as possible. If more than one cyclic shift subsets are determined for a demodulation reference signal multiplexing order, at least one cyclic shift subset is ignored for said demodulation reference signal multiplexing order.

This rule is used by both user equipment UE and network to map between a downlink subframe in which channel state information is measured and an uplink subframe in which the channel state information is reported. The network may configure the UE with the measurement and reporting configurations via dedicated signaling or broadcast. If the measurement configuration is periodic and indicates multiple downlink subframes to measure the rule results in a one to one mapping of downlink to uplink subframe where less than all of the multiple downlink subframes map to an uplink subframe; if aperiodic the rule indicates a single downlink subframe to measure.

At a first communication system of a first radio access technology, a request is received in a first signaling message from a second communication system of a second radio access technology, the request including information on availability of spectrum blocks shared between the first and second communication systems. The first communication system performs carrier aggregation mechanisms based on the information with respect to the spectrum blocks, and may transmit a response to the request in a second signaling message to the second communication system, the response including an acknowledgment of an activation/deactivation of at least one additional carrier and/or a corresponding carrier aggregation.
