    • The present invention provides a reception terminal apparatus that can receive signals in a stable state with a simple configuration and hence is highly suitable for mobile reception. The reception terminal apparatus includes an input section that selectively inputs a reception signal from reception signals of a plurality of types in different states of reception, a demodulation section that demodulates the reception signal input by the input section, an error detection section that detects errors in the stream data obtained by the demodulation section by demodulating the reception signal, and a control section that determines if the number of errors as detected by the error detection section exceeds a threshold value or not and controls the input section according to the outcome of determination, the reception signal to be input to the demodulation section by the input section being switched when the number of errors exceeds the threshold value.

    • In order to have an antenna apparatus small in size and capable of switching its directivity pattern without degrading its antenna efficiency, the present invention provides an antenna apparatus having a driven element formed at an approximately center position of a planar printed circuit board and parasitic elements not performing feeding formed before and behind the first antenna element, respectively, so that the driven element is caused to function as a radiator and either one of the parasitic elements is made to have a length as long as an electrical length of a radiator or slightly shorter than that to function as a director and the other one of the parasitic elements is left to have an electrical length longer than that of the radiator to function as a reflector.

The master cylinder also has a tapered portion provided on the inner surface of the cylinder housing, and another tapered portion is provided on the end of the sleeve. The sleeve is assembled to the cylinder housing by bringing the tapered portion into abutment with the tapered portion on the cylinder housing.

The engagement between the engaging portion and the engaging recess allows the hub to be assembled with the valve body while preventing the withdrawal of the hub forwardly from the valve body and also preventing the relative rotation therebetween, all with a greatly simplified construction.
