摘要： A luminescent element is disclosed including: a luminescent substrate; and a metal layer with a metal microstructure formed on a surface of the luminescent substrate; wherein the luminescent substrate comprises a luminescent material with a chemical composition of Y2SiO5:Tb. A preparation method of a luminescent element and a luminescence method are also provided. The luminescent element has good luminescence homogeneity, high luminescence efficiency, good luminescence stability and simple structure, and can be used in luminescent devices with ultrahigh brightness.

摘要： Provided are a luminescent material and a preparing method thereof. The borosilicate luminescent material has a chemical formula of aM2O.bLn2O3.cAl2O3.dR2O3.eSiO2.fCeO2.gTb2O3 or aMO.bLn2O3.cAl2O3.dR2O3.eSiO2.fCeO2.gTb2O3, wherein M is alkaline earth metal or alkali metal, Ln is one or two elements selected from the group consisting of elements Y and Gd; R is one or two elements selected from the group consisting of elements B and P; a, b, c, d, e, f, and g are molar fractions, and 6≦a≦20, 3≦b≦12, 20≦c≦30, 32≦d≦45, 0≦e≦12, 0.01≦f≦1, and 0.05≦g≦1.5. The preparing methods comprises the following steps: 1) selecting source compounds of above elements; 2) mixing and grinding the source compounds to obtain a mixture; 3) presintering the mixture, then grinding the mixture; 4) sintering under reducing atmosphere, and cooling, thereby obtaining the luminescent material.

摘要： A conductive adhesive mixture includes a component A which is 0.1% to 28% of the dry weight of the conductive adhesive mixture and a component B which is 72% to 99.9% of the dry weight of the conductive adhesive mixture. The component A is selected from one or more of the group consisting of SnCl4, InCl3 and SbCl3; and the component B is selected from one or more of the group consisting of K2O.nSiO2, Na2O.nSiO2, (SiO2)n and Al2O3. The conductive adhesive mixture, having good electrical conductivity, is used for preparation of the fluorescent screen anode plate, greatly improving the life of the luminous layer, thus improving the life and light efficiency of the field emission device. The present invention further provides a fluorescent screen anode plate manufactured with this conductive adhesive mixture and the manufacturing method thereof.

摘要： A luminescent borate glass and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The preparation method includes: weighing raw materials according to a composition of the formula: aM2O.bY2O3.cAl2O3.d B2O3.eSiO2.xCeO2.y Tb2O3, wherein M represents at least one selected element from the group consisting of Na, K, and Li; a, b, c, d, e, x, and y are, by mole parts, 0˜20, 7˜15, 20˜40, 40˜60, 0˜15, 0.1˜1.5, 0.1˜3, respectively; melting the raw materials and then cooling and molding; and heat treating the molded glass to obtain the luminescent borate glass. The luminescent borate glass prepared according to the method has some advantages such as high luminous intensity, uniformity and stability.
