摘要： A film depositing apparatus comprises: a rotatable drum within a chamber around which a substrate is wrapped in a specified surface region; a film depositing unit comprising a film depositing electrode spaced facing to a surface of the drum, and a feed gas supply section supplying a feed gas for forming a film into a gap between the drum and the film depositing electrode; and an exhaust unit that exhausts the gap between the drum and the film depositing electrode during film formation by the film depositing unit so as to forcibly discharge the feed gas, supplied into the gap by the feed gas supply section, through at least one of end portions of the gap upstream side and downstream side in a rotating direction of the drum uniformly over an entire region of the gap in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation of the drum.

The present invention further provides a treatment device where the above electrode is used, and a method for manufacturing the above electrode. In a diamond electrode according to the present invention, the electrode includes a conductive diamond film covering one surface of a substrate. Assuming that the thickness of the substrate is T (μm) and the thickness of the conductive diamond film is t1 (μm), the ratio between them is 0.0010≦t1/T≦0.022 and 10≦t1≦70.

摘要： A display section displays a speedometer having a substantially circular shape on an outer circumference of which a speed scale is provided. Then, that point on the outer circumference of the speedometer which indicates a speed at a moment is calculated. Further a speed that is attained at a given time period (e.g. 0.5 second) after the moment if the speed is increased at an acceleration at the moment is calculated. An arc-shaped pointer is displayed, the arc-shaped pointer passing (i) the calculated point of the speed scale, (ii) a middle point between the calculated point of the speed scale and a center of the speedometer, and (iii) the center of the speedometer. With this arrangement, a display device displaying the speedometer allows a driver to easily recognize the speed and an amount of a change therein (i.e. acceleration).

The first display area (11a) shows a navigation image and other secondary images. The display section (11) measures greater in width than in height with an aspect ratio of 7:3 or greater. The aspect ratio is the width/height ratio of a display area. The onboard display device allows for a visibility-improved simultaneous display of the secondary image, such as a navigation image, and the vehicle condition image, such as a speed display, which presents information on the conditions of the vehicle.

Further, the captured image data is temporally stored in the frame memory, and the stored image data is sequentially transmitted to the liquid crystal panel so as to be displayed thereon.

Thus, a file-by-file recording of moving picture data on a recording medium can be achieved in a manner which facilitates the subsequent finding of a desired file.
