摘要： In general, a system and method for analyzing wireless communication records and for determining optimal wireless communication service plans is disclosed. A transceiver is configured to receive billing information associated with a subscriber of a telecommunications service under a current rate plan. A storage unit stores the billing information. A processor processes the subscriber related billing information to produce organized data having a predefined format. The processor then analyzes the processed data in relation to a plurality of rate plans of a plurality of telecommunications service providers, and determines at least one proposed rate plan that would save the subscriber telecommunication costs relative to the current rate plan. A report of at least one proposed rate plan is then produced and provided to the subscriber, which enables selection of a best telecommunication service provider.

摘要： The invention is directed to marker delivery devices and methods of using such devices. The delivery devices embodying features of the invention include a delivery cannula with a discharge opening and a releasable plug disposed in the inner lumen of the delivery cannula so as to at least partially occlude the discharge opening. The releasable plug prevents ingress of tissue, body fluids and the like into the bore of the tube, and prevents the premature discharge of any markers proximal to the releasable plug from passing through the discharge opening before the distal end of the cannula is properly positioned at a desired location within a patient's body. The releasable plug preferably has an MRI detectable element. Preferably, at least one remotely detectable marker mass is provided in the inner lumen of the cannula proximal to the releasable plug.

摘要： Methods and apparatus are provided for reducing frame violations in a stereoscopic display. A stereoscopic display system for presenting a stereoscopic image to a user suitably includes one or more cameras, each providing a video image, and a video processor. A stereoscopic display includes a left module and a right module, with each module having an eyepiece and a display panel with at least one aperture located therebetween. The stereoscopic display is configured to produce the stereoscopic image on the display panels as a function of image data received from the video processor, with the apertures forming a window around at least a portion of the perimeter of the display to thereby provide a visual reference point to the user that reduces or eliminates frame violations. The stereoscopic display system may be used during aerial refueling operations, or in any other display environment.
