    • There is provided with a radio communication method including: managing carrier sensing states of any one of two first channels having identical bandwidths and a second channel including both bands of the two first channels; determining whether to transmit transmission data using the first channel or the second channel; attempting to acquire a transmission right using the second channel based on the carrier sensing state of the second channel when the transmission data is determined to be transmitted using the second channel; and performing control such that the transmission data is transmitted using any one of the first channels when the time during which the attempt to acquire the transmission right using the second channel is made exceeds a time threshold set in advance.

    • This is disclosed a communication apparatus. A receiving unit receives plural data frames which are transmitted from other communication apparatus. An error detection unit checks whether each data frame is received correctly or incorrectly. A determination unit estimates a first overhead and a second overhead and determines whether or not to send a block acknowledgement frame by comparing the first and the second overheads. The determination unit estimates the first overhead being caused by sending the block acknowledgement frame and the second overhead being caused by not sending the block acknowledgement frame. The receiving unit receives the data frames which are retransmitted from the other communication apparatus after a certain period of time has passed without sending the block acknowledgement frame, the data frames retransmitted from the other communication apparatus including both data frames which are correctly received and incorrectly received.

    • This is disclosed a communication apparatus. A receiving unit receives plural data frames which are transmitted from other communication apparatus. An error detection unit checks whether each data frame is received correctly or incorrectly.     • According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a wireless communication apparatus for performing a first wireless communication with a first channel having a first bandwidth, and a second wireless communication with a second channel having a second bandwidth wider than the first bandwidth and having a frequency band covering the first channel, in accordance with CSMA/CA system by carrier sense, including: a predicting unit predicting a first time required until a transmission right for the first wireless communication is captured, and a second time required until a transmission right for the second wireless communication is captured; a judging unit judging that either one communication is recommended based upon the first and second times; and a producing unit producing, when judged that a wireless communication different from a present wireless communication is recommended, a notification frame including information indicative of the recommended wireless communication.
