    • A liquid cooling system includes a heat-radiating sheet having a pair of heat-conductive metal plates that are superimposed on each other, and having a circulating flow passage between the pair of heat-conductive metal plates; a plurality of heat-receiving areas partitioned on the heat-radiating sheet; a plurality of heat-generating elements installed on each of the heat-receiving areas via a heat spreader made of a heat-conductive material; an inlet hole and an outlet hole opened to the surface of the heat-radiating sheet and located at both ends of the circulating flow passage; a pump having a discharge port and a suction port that communicate with the inlet hole and the outlet hole, and installed on the heat-radiating sheet; and a radiator continuous with the circulating flow passage of the heat-radiating sheet.

    • A non-reciprocal circuit device includes a dielectric that is a multilayer board in which a plurality of insulating sheets are laminated; a first central conductor, a second central conductor, and a third central conductor that are disposed in different layers of the dielectric, and are arranged vertically such that they partially cross one another; a flat ferrite member disposed on the undersurface of the dielectric; a first capacitor, a second capacitor, and a third capacitor that are disposed on the undersurface of the dielectric; and a case for accommodating the ferrite member. The dielectric with the central conductors, the ferrite member, and the capacitors are integrated together to form a half-finished product, which is then placed in the case.

    • A nonreciprocal circuit device includes a box-like yoke consisting of upper and lower yokes. The yoke accommodates a magnetic assembly consisting of a magnetic body and first to third line conductors, chip capacitors connected to ends of the line conductors, and a magnet. The first and second line conductors are input and output terminals, and an end of the third line conductor is connected to a terminating chip resistor. The chip resistor is longitudinally disposed such that its long sides are substantially perpendicular to a line between ends of the input and output terminals. The end of the third line conductor is connected to a terminal electrode on the hot side of the terminating chip resistor. A terminal electrode on the earth side of the terminating chip resistor is directly connected to the lower yoke, and a notch is formed in the lower yoke under the hot side terminal electrode.
