摘要： The present invention relates to an endoscope cover-sheathed endoscope having an endoscope in which an insertional part is extending from an operational part, and an endoscope cover made up of an insertional part cover, an operational part cover, and a universal cord cover, which shield the endoscope and are concatenated in that order from the distal end of the endoscope.The operational part cover overlaps and shields the margin of the insertional part cover, while the operational part cover overlaps and shields the margin of the universal cord cover. The endoscope will not therefore be bared.The proximal portion of an insertional part cover skin of the insertional part cover, which shields the insertional part and consists of a distal part, an insertional part cover skin, and an operational endoscope cover locking cap, is formed as a rigid skin made of Teflon, urethane, or other resin having such rigidity that will not cause a damage resulting from friction with other member, for example, a rigid sheath.

摘要： An endoscope system provided with an electronic or optical endoscope is provided therein with an illuminating optical system, an observation optical system, a flow passage system and a forceps channel. Cleaning and disinfection operations are performed on the endoscope so that the endoscope is reusable. An electronic or optical cover type endoscope is provided therein with an illuminating optical system and an observation optical system. The cover type endoscope is used with an endoscope cover having a flow passage system and a forceps channel mounted on the cover type endoscope. The endoscope cover is discarded and replaced whereby the cover type endoscope is reused. Peripheral equipment for endoscope inspection used in combination with the endoscopes is capable of being selectively connected to any of the endoscopes.

摘要： An covered endoscope type of endoscopic apparatus has a covered endoscope and a cover for covering the covered endoscope. The covered endoscope has an elongated flexible inserted portion, an operated portion formed on the base end side of the inserted portion, and a universal cord extending from a side portion of the operated portion. The cover is formed of an inserted portion cover member, an operated portion cover member and a cord cover which cover the inserted portion, the operated portion and the universal cord of the covered endoscope, respectively. An operated endoscope portion fixation mouth member having a forceps inlet and an expansion tube mouth to which an expansion tube provided on an expander is connected is provided at a base end of the inserted portion cover member. An air supply tube, a water supply tube and an aspiration tube are inserted through the inserted portion cover member, the operated portion cover member and the cord cover. The overall length of the aspiration tube, the air supply tube and the water supply tube of the cover is set so as to be greater than the sum of the lengths of the inserted portion, operated portion and universal cord of the covered endoscope.

A liquid supply device is communicated with one end of the first through-hole, and a second through-hole of a horn mounted on the ultrasonic vibration generator is communicated with the other end of the first through-hole. A transmission member for transmitting ultrasonic vibrations is connected to a front portion of the horn, and a tube member is arranged to surround the transmission member. A passage formed between the tube and transmission members is coupled to the second through-hole by coupling members, and the transmission member is slightly protruded from the distal end of the tube member. Therefore, a sufficient amount of the liquid supplied from the liquid supply device can be flowed through the passage.

摘要： The endoscope of the invention has a very fine insertion section which is capable of being inserted into, for example, a blood vessel. The insertion section has at its outer periphery a thin-walled hollow cylindrical sheath, one end of which has an opening to the outside. The sheath contains a light guide fiber bundle for emitting a beam of illumination light into the blood vessel, an object lens group for receiving a beam reflected from the blood vessel, in order to form an image, and an image guide fiber bundle for transmitting the image formed. In addition, the sheath has at one end thereof a recess portion having a side wall defined by the sheath, a bottom wall defined by the light guide fiber bundle, and an opening to the outside. A transparent resin layer of a uniform thickness is arranged within the recess portion, and seals the inside of the sheath at one end, one end face of the resin layer being substantially flush with the one end of the sheath.
