A dental silicone impression material composition includes: A) an organopolysiloxane mixture comprising a) an organopolysiloxane having at least two aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbons in one molecule and having viscosity of 1,000,000 mPa·s or more at 25° C., and b) an organopolysiloxane having at least one aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon in one molecule and having viscosity of 100 to 5,000 mPa·s at 25° C., wherein a ratio of a):b) is 1:0.5 to 10; B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least three hydrogen atoms directly bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule; C) a silicone-soluble platinum compound; D) an organopolysiloxane not having a functional group; and E) an inorganic filler.

    • To enhance strength while keeping characteristics of conventional one such as excellent setting characteristics, high hardness of a set material, and high machinability, an impression material composition for recording occlusion comprises (A) 100 weight parts of organopolysiloxane having at least two aliphatic unsaturated groups in one molecule and viscosity of 50 to 600 mPa·s at 25° C.; (B) 0.1-30 weight parts of organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two HSiR2O1/2 units in one molecule and/or organohydrogenpolysiloxane having an HSiR2O1/2 unit and an SiO1/2 unit; (C) 0.1-20 weight parts of silicone resin having a specific molecular weight in which the repeating units comprise R13SiO1/2 and SiO1/2, and a mol ratio of R1SiO1/2 unit to SiO1/2 unit is 0.4 to 2.0, (D) a silicone-soluble platinum compound in an amount of 10-500 ppm; and-(E) 20-500 weight parts of inorganic filler.

This composition provides a paste mixture having an increased strain in compression after curing and a reduced permanent deformation after curing and unlikely to run down during impression-taking. Upon cured, oil matter does not bleed out of the surface of the cured mixture.
