User of fibrinogen in a preparation comprising fibrinogen at a concentration of 20 to 80 mg/ml for the reduction or prevention of post-surgical adhesion formation.

摘要： A fibrin/fibrinogen binding conjugate for forming a depot for the sustained release of a pharmaceutically active substance from a fibrin clot. The conjugate comprises a fibrin/fibrinogen binding moiety bound to a pharmaceutically active substance either directly or via an intervening substance capturing moiety such as an antibody. The conjugate can also be a recombinant fusion protein comprising a fibrin/fibrinogen binding moiety such as VEGF165 C-terminal domain fused to a wound-healing substance such as leptin.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and a device for manipulating samples, in particular tissue samples, with at least one needle (3) for punching samples from preparations (5), in particular prepared tissue specimen, at defined positions and a control device (13) to control the needle (3). The aim of the invention is to provide a method and a device, which allow a simple selection of desired punch positions on the preparation (5) and enable a rapid, simple and automatic manipulation of samples. To achieve this, the device is equipped with a camera (14) to take images of the surface of the tissue specimen (5), furthermore a device for superimposing the images captured of the preparations (5) with digital, microscopic images of sections of these preparations (5) that have been archived in a storage device (11), furthermore a monitor (12) to display the superimposed images and furthermore a device provided to place markings for the determination of the defined sample-punching positions, which is connected with the control device (13).

摘要： There is disclosed a biologic absorbable implant material for filling and closing soft-tissue cavities and for replacing soft-tissue parts, and a method of its preparation. The implant material consists essentially of bone tissue of human or animal origin, is decalcified, and the original protein content of the osseous hard substance is unchanged. By cross-linking of these native proteins with a cross-linking agent, a high elasticity, a good stability and a marked memory-effect are attained. The method for the preparation of the implant material includes degreasing, decalcification and cross-linking of the available proteins and then drying and sterilizing of the material.
