摘要： The invention relates to an electromechanical friction brake, for example in the form of a disc brake having an electromechanical actuation device. The electric motor of the actuation device presses a frictional brake lining against a brake disc by means of a reduction gearbox and a ball ramp mechanism. The actuation device is supported by a spring washer that is pretensioned so strongly that when the disc brake is released it acts on a segment with a falling spring characteristic; that is, a spring force exerted by the spring washer on the frictional brake lining increases with increasing tension of the disc brake.

摘要： The invention relates to a self-boosting electromechanical friction brakes particularly in the form of a partially lined disk brake. The friction brake includes a friction brake lining which is helically movable with respect to the direction of rotation of a brake disk and pressed there into. A ramp mechanism is provided with ramps which cooperate with a roller bearing mechanism supporting the brake lining, to obtain the self-boosting effect. According to the invention, two of three rolls of the ramp mechanism are embodied with directing flanges for guiding the rolls on the ramps in order to helically guide the friction brake lining.

The freewheeling mechanism according to the invention has an outer ring and a locking element cage which are configured as an electric motor with a rotor and a stator. The rotor and stator can be swiveled in relation to each other when a coil is supplied with current. Due to a symmetric design, the freewheeling mechanism is advantageously insensitive to acceleration forces.

摘要： The invention relates to an electromechanically switchable form-locking freewheel mechanism for preventing an electromechanical brake from releasing. According to the invention, the freewheel mechanism is embodied in the form of an electric motor in which a pivot angle of the armature is limited, the armature is counterbalanced and has a locking element that cooperates with a gear. The invention permits a compactly designed freewheel mechanism that can be integrated into an electromechanical actuating unit of the electromechanical brake. The counterbalancing of the armature equipped with the locking element prevents external accelerations of the freewheel mechanism of the kind that can occur during driving operation of a motor vehicle from exerting a moment on the armature that could switch off the freewheel mechanism. A method for adjusting the clearance of an electromechanical brake is also provided.

摘要： A retaining bolt for attaching a brake caliper to a support is attached. The retaining bolt is hollow and includes a retaining element which is fixed on one side in a cavity of the retaining bolt, supporting a permanent magnet on a free end. When the retaining bolt is moved due to an external load, the permanent magnet moves in the cavity of the retaining bolt and the modification of the magnetic field thus produced can be measured by a magnetic sensor. The retaining bolt allows the braking power of the disk brake to be measured.
