    • A pixel circuitry for a display apparatus and a driving method thereof are provided. The pixel circuitry includes a storage element, a scan switch, a first control circuit and a second control circuit. The scan switch delivers a pixel signal to the storage element in response to a scan signal during a frame period. The storage element having a first terminal and a second terminal is used for storing the pixel signal. The first control circuit selectively provides a reference voltage to one of the first and the second terminals of the storage element. The second control circuit selectively connects a pixel electrode to one of the first and the second terminals of the storage element. Under the control of the first and the second control circuits, the polarity of the pixel signal stored in the storage element can be changed by adjusting two terminal voltages of the storage element.

    • A source driver comprises a plurality of current-driving units, each of which includes a digital to analog converter (DAC), an operational amplifier, a first and second current source, a resistor, and a current mirror unit. The DAC converts programming data to an analog signal. The operational amplifier receives and amplifies the analog signal output from the DAC. The first current source generates a first current according to the amplified analog signal. The resistor is used to supply a feedback path from a reference voltage to the operational amplifier. The second current source outputs a second current according to a control signal generated by the display data. The current mirror unit mirrors a data current according to the sum of the first and second current to drive an organic light-emitting diode (OLED).

    • A test method of a liquid crystal display panel is provided. The liquid crystal display panel includes a plurality of pixels and a testing pad. The pixels are disposed at intersections between a first, a second, and a third data lines and a plurality of scan lines. In the test method, each of the scan lines is driven to connect liquid crystal capacitors of the pixels to the first, the second, and the third data lines. A first and a second test voltages are respectively supplied to the first and the second data lines, wherein the first test voltage is not equal to the second test voltage. The first data line is floated. The floated first data line is measured through the testing pad to determine whether the liquid crystal capacitors of the pixels electrically connected to the first and the second data lines are electrically connected with each other.

    • A pixel device capable of composing a panel is provided herein. The pixel device includes a first switch, a first capacitor, and a second capacitor. The first switch delivers a pixel signal to a pixel electrode according to a control signal. The first capacitor has a first part of a first metal layer, a second metal layer, and a first dielectric coupled between the first part of the first metal layer and the second metal layer. The second capacitor has a first poly-silicon layer, an electrode layer, and a second dielectric coupled between the first poly-silicon layer and the electrode layer. The first and the second capacitors are parallel connected without increasing the area of the pixel and serve as a storage capacitor. Therefore, the pixel device can obtain more overall storage capacitance.

    • An AMOLED panel includes an AMOLED pixel unit, a scan driving unit and a data driving unit. The scan driving unit is coupled to the AMOLED pixel unit. The data driving unit is coupled to the AMOLED pixel unit and a voltage source and includes a switch and a DC-to-AC converter. The switch has a first terminal coupled to the AMOLED pixel unit and a second terminal coupled to the voltage source. The DC-to-AC converter has n+1 bytes, wherein n is a positive integer. The DC-to-AC converter is coupled to a control terminal of the switch and outputs a variable voltage to turn on the switch to make the switch generate a data current. The DC-to-AC converter changes a magnitude of the variable voltage to control a magnitude of the data current.
