    • A first portable medical device is adapted for use in an interlocking system for interlocking the first medical device to a second medical device. The first device includes a housing having opposite sides, a selective element, a blocking element, and a clamp mechanism. At least one of the opposite sides includes a matable element to detachably attach a second medical device. The selective element restricts the attachment of the second device to only one side of the first device. The blocking element prevents a third medical device from attaching to the first and second devices once the first and second devices are attached. The clamp restricts the attachment of the second device to only one side of the first device when the clamp is attached to a support member. The clamp permits slide-ratcheting axial movement of a clamp shaft.

    • A socket adapter for a ratchet wrench, in which the bottom of the base body of the adapter comprises a coupling portion for engaging with a socket wrench or other liked tools. At the top surface of the base body a locking nut is rotatably disposed for inserting in a drive ratchet of the ratchet wrench. The locking nut is provided with a hexagonal portion at periphery thereof; by rotating the locking nut through a certain angle, the hexagonal portion is accordingly locked manually with any corner of the drive ratchet of the ratchet wrench, such that the socket adapter of the present invention can be detachably fixed in the drive ratchet of the ratchet wrench.

An air output pipe is located on one edge opposite to the storage chamber, and air is uniformly spread in the pressure stabilizing chamber, and is put out from the output pipe at a constant flow rate, thus avoiding the disadvantage of generating resonance and wind noise in the inflated bed.
