    • Systems, methods, and computer program products for identifying utility theft include a property management system operable to receive tenant data associated with a property. A service provider in communication with the property management system receives the tenant data from the property management system via a network such as the Internet, where the tenant data identifies a tenant responsible for payment of a utility service associated with a utility service account. The service provider, which may be a utility, compares the tenant data to utility data to determine if the tenant corresponds to a utility service account. A notification module provides one or more alerts identifying when the tenant fails to correspond to the utility service account.

    • Methods and systems for measuring charges deposited on resistive and/or pixilated electrodes are described. The system includes a Time-of-Flight (TOF) detector with precise timing information provided by a discriminator implemented as a combination of a leading edge discriminator and a constant fraction discriminator. The discriminator initiates acquisition of the peak amplitude for accurate TOF measurements substantially independent of the signal amplitude at the input of the discriminator. The disclosed charge detection electronics has applications for space-based experiments.

    • In a binder such as a window binder having two opaque thermoplastic sheets sandwiching therebetween front and rear panels and a spine panel and an outer clear thermoplastic panel forming a window over at least the spine, the outer surface of the spine panel has a depression formed in it such that the spine is thicker or otherwise raised near its vertical edges, and thinner or otherwise depressed between the raised portions. The opaque sheet covering the outward face of the spine panel is sufficiently flexible so as to deflect inwardly into the depression in the spine panel. The deflection of the thermoplastic sheet into the spine depression allows a spine label to be inserted into the pocket between the thermoplastic sheet with relatively little force.

    • This specification describes technologies relating to editing audio data. In general, one aspect of the subject matter described in this specification can be embodied in methods that include receiving an audio signal including digital audio data; receiving an input identifying particular audio data of the audio signal corresponding to a noise pulse; and replacing the audio data corresponding to the detected noise pulse using interpolation of adjacent audio data to generate an edited audio signal. Other embodiments of this aspect include corresponding systems, apparatus, and computer program products.
