摘要： The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a solid-state image pickup element in which an intralayer lens is formed above a solid-state image pickup element by: a first step of forming a film using an intralayer lens forming material; a second step of reducing an aspect ratio which is obtained by dividing a depth of concave portion after undergoing the first step by a spacing between convex portions, by either performing etchback after coating the film with a resist or performing sputter etching; and a third step of forming a new film on the film with the reduced aspect ratio using the intralayer lens forming material.

摘要： To overcome the drawbacks of a P(VDF-HFP) system gel electrolyte and a cell using the same, a polymer having a vinylidene fluoride copolymer as a backbone and poly-vinylidene fluoride in a side chain featuring good adhesion and exhibiting electro-chemical properties similar to the P(VDF-HFP) system without a crosslinking step is used as a binder for a gel electrolyte or electrode. The invention improves the adhesion of gel electrolyte to a current collector or electrode to reduce internal resistance; develops a polymeric solid electrolyte which is storage stable and capable of continuous lamination of coating layers; and provides an electrode which does not require an extra crosslinking step in assembly procedure, prevents positive and negative electrode materials from stripping off, and experiences a minimal capacitance drop upon repetitive charge/discharge cycles. A lithium secondary cell and an electric double-layer capacitor using the electrode is also described.

摘要： A sealed nonaqueous secondary battery comprising a sealed-end battery case containing an electrodes assembly composed of a cathode, and an anode both capable of intercalating and deintercalating a light metal, a separator therebetween and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution, the opening of said battery case being sealed with an insulating gasket which is provided at the inner periphery of said opening and a sealing part which is held by the gasket and serves as a cathode or anode terminal, wherein the sealing part comprises an explosion-proof valve which is capable of being deformed to the direction opposite to the electrodes assembly with an increase in internal pressure, a vented terminal cap which is provided above the explosion-proof valve in the side opposite to the electrodes assembly, and a current breaker which is provided between the explosion-proof valve and the terminal cap; the current breaker having a piled structure composed of a first electric conductor having a penetrated hole which is provided at a side of the explosion-proof valve, an intermediate insulator having a penetrated hole at the central portion thereof, and a second electric conductor having a penetrated hole which is provided at a side of the terminal cap; the first electric conductor and the second electric conductor being electrically connected at the center thereof; and the first electric conductor having a thin part at the periphery of its joint with the second electric conductor.

摘要： There are disclosed a surface sintered alloy with a burnt surface, comprising 75 to 95% by weight of a hard phase containing Ti, C and N as the essential components and otherwise comprising at least one of Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo and W and the balance of the alloy comprising a binder phase composed mainly of Co and/or Ni and inevitable impurities, wherein the sintered alloy satisfies at least one condition selected from the group consisting of the following (1) to (3):(1) the average grain size of the hard phase in a surface layer to the inner portion of 0.05 mm from the burnt surface of the sintered alloy is 0.8 to 1.2-fold of the average grain size of the hard phase in the inner portion of the sintered alloy excluding the surface layer;(2) the average content of the binder phase in the surface layer to the inner portion of 0.05 mm from the burnt surface of the sintered alloy is 0.7 to 1.2-fold of the average content of the binder phase in the inner portion of the sintered alloy; and(3) the average hardness in the surface layer to the inner portion of 0.05 mm from the burnt surface of the sintered ally is 0.95 to 1.10-fold of the average hardness in the inner portion of the sintered alloy; and a process for producing the same.
