    • A memory managing method for display data of a light emitting display device, which uses field light-emitting of organic materials. A plurality of pixels are each provided with at least two sub-pixels to emit different color lights, wherein one field has at least first and second subfields divided and driven independently. At least two data signals corresponding to substantially the same color are time-divided and applied to a data line during the one field, and selecting signals are sequentially applied to a plurality of scan lines at the first and second subfields. The method includes a) dividing input data corresponding to a display image into data for the first and second subfields, b) arranging the data for the first and second subfields according to a sequence of light-emitting driving, and c) storing the arranged data as pixel-based data.

    • A stacked structure of a display device is capable of preventing conductive noise due to signal interference by isolating analog and digital output stages and a ground stage onto different layers. A driving device of an organic light emitting display has a scan driver for applying a plurality of scan signals, a data driver for applying a plurality of data signals, and a controller for providing a gradation voltage to the data driver and a scan signal to the scan driver. The stacked structure includes a ground layer, an analog signal-transmission layer for transmitting an analog signal, a digital signal-transmission layer for transmitting a digital signal and a power supply transmission layer for transmitting a power supply voltage. Each of the layers is formed on a different layer. Further, the stacked structure further includes a first mounting layer at a front of the structure on which circuits are mounted and a second mounting layer at a rear thereof on which circuits are mounted. The stacked structure further includes insulating layers formed between the respective layers to insulate the layers.

    • A column transistor of a sense amplifier includes an orthogonal matrix of a plurality of sets of four active regions, bit lines and local data lines running perpendicular to each other, with each active region having two bit lines and one local data line connected thereto. Further, the gate electrode is provided with a bent portion, the bent portion positioned over the active region, thereby increasing the effective width of the transistor, which in turn reduces a number of contacts of the column transistor and increases channel width, thereby permitting the column transistors to be arranged in a smaller area and increasing the area available within a cell for forming the sense amplifier. The reduced size of the column transistors also allows increases in design and manufacturing tolerances, particularly in formation of contacts, which is favorable for high density device packing and enhancing the operational performance of the resulting device.
